Assolutamente fantastici!
Lenti migliori mai provate, avevano temporaneamente chiuso la spedizione con l'Italia (purtroppo le nostre tasse e i nostri controlli doganali con i paesi extra-Ue sono terribili, non è certo colpa loro) ma contattando il FANTASTICO team Colorcl mi sono venuti incontro e ho ricevuto persino un free pair! Non sono assolutamente d'accordo con le recensioni negative, la mia esperienza è assolutamente 5 stelle, se non avete fretta di ricevere il prodotto ma andare sul sicuro li consiglio senz'altro! E per qualunque dubbio scrivete pure al team, massimo supporto e assistenza <3

Absolutely 5 stars service, previous reviews are unfair at all, Customer care and supporto team it's awesome!
As an italian, shipping fees and custom clearance is always an issue, but Colorcl team really helped me through the whole process and I even got a free pair contacts! As it was their fault italian taxes and duties are a mess!
Take your time and enjoy their lenses, best quality and incomparable aestethic products (as a contact lenses addicted, I've tried a lot, and NEVER found a similar one like Siesta, since 2018) and best team ever!

The lenses are good but the customer service is absolutely horrible. Unprofessional, unpolite, just a mess. Not sure if it is part of the company culture but whoever is running this place should know their Customer Service Team is absurdly incompetent and working against them.

Review on Color CL – Huge Disappointment!

I used to be a loyal Color CL customer, but I’m extremely disappointed with their service and the declining quality of their lenses.

Excessive Customs Fees

My order totaled €72, including shipping fees, yet I had to pay an additional €60 in customs fees! The worst part? Only €16 goes to the state, while the rest is taken by DHL. Color CL should definitely find another shipping carrier to avoid such outrageous charges. These fees used to be reasonable, but DHL has turned them into a real business.

Rude Customer Service

When I reached out to their customer service about this, their response was cold and dismissive, simply telling me to “read their terms and conditions” because it’s stated that they don’t cover customs fees. Of course, I know that! I’ve been ordering from them for years, and customs fees were always reasonable before. But now, thanks to DHL’s excessive charges, it has become completely unaffordable.

Declining Quality

On top of the ridiculous fees and poor customer service, the quality of the lenses has gone downhill. They are no longer comfortable, they dry out quickly, and they cause irritation. The natural effect that I once loved is now completely gone. Honestly, for this price, it’s unacceptable!

Final Verdict

With these excessive fees, rude customer service, and declining quality, I won’t be ordering from Color CL again. There are much better brands out there that offer a more natural look and superior comfort. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Do not buy from color cl because their quality has gone down the drain. I'm 48 and have been buying colored contacts since I was 19. The company started off great but the quality now sucks! I purchased 2 different colored contacts and they are very uncomfortable. I feel like I have a stick in my eye. Black people don't waste your money on this garbage! With my experience I know how to handle and put in contacts. I will admit I was impressed 2 years ago, but now they are robbing folks. I don't know what their return pol6is and don't care. This has never happened, so I disappointed with their product. Take my word Black people....the product sucks!

I've ordered through them many times, just had an issue of an uncentered pupil hole. It blurred my vision. Instead of inquiring, they blamed me for the blurriness. Said they believed their opinion but respected mine. I had photos of the lenses showing uneven pupil hole. They deleted my account for complaining. So, I will be reviewing them everywhere.

Customer Service is amazing! They are always very nice and explain and help with any issues. Highly recommend!

Run as fast as you can! This is the worst contact lenses brand. They are not FDA approved. Their customer service is extremely rude. It's illegal to sell lenses without a prescription. If you want to save your eyes and your money, consider buying a different brand.
Their customer service is disrespectful and treats their customers like trash. I switched to a different brand. They are so much better!

Used to order from this site all the time, noticed they are very delayed with shipment and wouldn't get my order till about a month later. Last purchase I didn't my order for 2 months, I contacted customer service and no one got back to me, I asked for a refund and asked to refer me to a supervisor or manager. Since this service is in China I got a call at night at about 9 o'clock from a odd number. I pick up and this man starts screaming at me and says he's from CL colors. Long story short I hung up and got my order a couple days after. Never ever ordering from here again. Terrible service.

After paying the expensive shipping+ custom tax only to receive the wrong item! No contact phone number on the site. Can’t reach support. No legit business has no customer support! Please don’t waste your money! Wasted €60 for nothing! Not FDA approved! Questionable quality! Avoid at all cost!

To be honest they are okay for pricing.
A little overpriced considering quality.
The quality is only good for a few hours wear at a time.
I honestly think most of these contacts are way to thick of material.
Super irritating on the eyes, blurs my vision.
I have tried every expensive type of drops.

I am ordering from Colorcl for several years now and can only say that this is a company with excellent customer service, great lenses ( quality/price ratio is unbeatable) and fast shipping ( which became quite pricey for Europe but it is pricey from any other non EU company as well , so…) Although I ordered several kinds throughout the years I definitely found a pair which suits me and is extremely comfortable and natural looking ( Siesta Black Romance Khaki) so mostly I am buying those. They are extremely comfortable and I wear them daily for more than 10 hours and also I swim with them with no problems. Last order I had a slight problem and I can only say the company’s response was incredible. They answered my email immediately although it was sent on a weekend and had a new pair sent to me already on Monday with the lens fluid and extra lens case as a present. I wear lenses since 1992 and have been wearing many brands ( Solotica, Bella , Desio , Anesthesia, etc ) but this is defo my favourite brand . Kudos to ColorCL , keep up with good work!

The color is beautiful and natural BUT is TOTAL discomforting, I’m sad because I paid A LOT (I’m from Europe) and these lenses just goes to the trash, I could use for more than 1 hour .. is really bad quality

I recently ordered three pairs of contacts from color CL. They were pretty expensive once shipping was configured in. Let me start by saying these contacts are extremely uncomfortable. They dry out n about an hour and a half max to the point where it makes your vision blurry. No amount of lubricating drops help fix this. I actually took them out and threw them in the trash. The color pigmentation of the Siesta crystal green or blue barely changes the color of my eyes. The only way you can tell is while using flash photography. Will never purchase again.

Amazing customer service, Royal Mail lost the package and Colorcl sent another free of charge.
The contacts look amazing, no one can even tell!

I made an account on this website just to give this company 5 stars.
I've had the best experience with Colorcl! I've sent them a message before placing an order because I noticed they ship with DHL (witch is not the best delivery service out there) asking about possible customs fees. They replied very quickly on the 31st of December saying that the customs fees might be a bit high for my country and they will include a free pair of contacts to make up for those costs. They didn't have to do that but they have amazing customer service.
The shipping was very fast, it took 5-6 days to get my package to Romania and not only did they add the free pair witch was a gorgeous color but they also included a new pair of contacts that aren't even available yet, you can only pre-order them.
When I opened my package I was giggling like a kid at Christmas.
Their contacts are absolutely gorgeous, very conformable ( I wear them for 8-10 hours every day) and from a great company on top of that.
I'm already picking the products for my next order :)
10/10 would recommend!
