This is one of the top vinyl shops in Europe!!! I've never been disappointed and the vinyl is in perfect condition! Packaging perfect, shipping reliable and fast by UPS! Of course, something can always happen, as with any store! However, I personally can recommend this shop without hesitation and wish its owners many successful businesses and satisfied customers!! I pre-ordered a record from this seller on 12/06/23 as I wanted one of the US exclusives, communication was fine to begin with as they advertise no payment upfront, invoice will be sent closer to despatch, however, I was charged shipping so I contacted them. Once that was sorted, getting closer to the release date of the vinyl all communications stopped as the item was delayed. I received an invoice for full payment which I made and was told shipment would occur within a few days. I emailed a few times to no reply so I sent an email from their contact us form on their website and finally they replied which was very rude and uncalled for! I was a first time buyer, was told tracking will follow only to receive no tracking (you can tell Phill Richer (owner) lacks customer service skills and shouldn't be working in the business!) I'm a customer service manager and I would never speak to my customers like that and if my staff did, disciplinary action would occur! I was then told by email so have proof that "to make this right" he would send the record when they received stock for FREE as I threatened a bad review. I'm still waiting for this so called "FREE" record and I knew it was total BS. This business should not be in operation, they take your money and don't deliver. I wouldn't trust them and certainly won't be buying from them ever again. He's a SHADY POS!

Made an order last week, all shipped within two days and received today. Great site, great support.

Ordered a vinyl on 27 June 2023.
Order arrived 07 August 2023.

In between ordering and delivery asked for shipping updates, but never received any response.

Item arrived well packed, in good condition and was exactly what I ordered.

The store is located and/or sending from Ireland (live in EU myself as well). My vinyl was solely sold in the USA, but according to the store 'on stock'.
Cannot clearly say if they order it first from the USA and that is why it took 6 weeks, or there is some other reason...

STAY AWAY! I have had a very bad experience with this seller. I ordered multiple vinyls for a pretty big amount of money on two different dates. I wanted to cancel my first order (which was a pre-order) and really wanted to know the status of my second order, since there was no movement since a week. I sent out several emails to different mail-adresses, because apperently the email that you should contact for cancellation came back as a fail to mail. It took over one week to get in contact with the seller. He got so mad at me that he canceld both orders AND deleted my entire account. Alright, I thought okay cool at least I will receive my money back. NOPE! I only received the money for order 1 back and my payment for order two never came back to me. The seller said he definitely refunded it, but thats obviously bs. All I wanted was to receive the vinyls that I ordered. Very shady shop, very shady 'customer service' - if you can call this customer service at all. I had to get in contact with my bank to try to get my money back and they are currently taking care of it. Dont trust this seller!!!

EDIT: still in dispute with this store! My bank gave me my money back but gave the store still a chance to provide evidence. The evidence they provided was no evidence at all. During the months of the chargeback, the store kept writing me emails about this situation. Telling me hundreds of times they could now immediately refund me or send out the vinyls so we don’t have to go through a chargeback. I said I don’t want any vinyls anymore, i want my money back and thats it. I never really got a name from anyone. Information was provided by different emails ALL the time, and I even got a signature that said: legal analyst. I am sorry but to me this whole store and their service is a JOKE. Don’t trust them one bit. ZERO experience in proper customer service. I am still trying to fight for my money. They seem to love gaking money and just not refunding it. I can’t believe they are willing to go over this mess for months instead of just refunding me. Disgusting store, horrible service.

Ordered 1 x Vinyl at 25th May still Not delivered! Asked About the Status several times no response! Stay away from this Shop !!!

Bad Communication. Paid 55€… Never received the record.

Bought some records and had no problems. Guy answers emails and the shipment was sent by DPD safely.

I ordered my vinyl in september 12 2022, and waited till april 2023, then i had enough and asked for refound, i have written many emails for the refound, some answered, but i havent got any refound yet 14/6 2023.People should never order from this store!!!!!

I preordered a record almost 3 months in advance.
They withdraw the money immediately.
Normally they take the money when they ship the order.
By shipment time they had a lot of excuses , 1 month after we cancelled the order , but no money.
He didn't respond to my emails.
Paypal had to refund my money for me.
I dont recommend ordering records here.

Don’t order from here. I ordered some vinyls. When I found the website I was full of happiness. So many exclusive vinyls at a great price. I immediately thought that I would shop here a lot. But my order turned into a nightmare. After several months I still have not received any vinyls and not my money back.

I'm really sorry and hope they can do the right thing and at least give me the money back. If I get my money back I will remove my negative review. Scam people out of money!!?? how can you sleep at night…?

Ordered 2 vinyls on march the 10th.
Now 7 weeks later, still received nothing. Even though they’ve said like 4 times now that it was shipped or ready to be shipped within 24h. Still nothing. Several Explenations & excuses later (lost inventory, being sick, being busy) i decided that After 7 weeks i asked my money back, 3 days later again nothing, just received a email that the vinyls will be send thursday.
