Prices have skyrocketed while service…

Prices have skyrocketed while service has tumbled. My bill has ballooned to over $260 per month for a fairly basic cable plan as well as internet. Getting a human on the phone i pretty much impossible and their web based solutions can never solve your problem. I would’ve stuck with the service if they just allowed a la carte Channel selection that don’t require I pay a silly amount for services I don’t need or want. The internet goes out all the time and unless you chase credits for the days it’s not working

Wasted 5 hours...no results! Worst Company and I have been customer for 27 years.

Spent 5 hours trying to return some poor xpods. Still have not been able to:
1. Ordered, then canceled after Xfinity tech said they would not help WiFi. Agent on phone confirmed cancelation.
2. Xfinity shipped anyway.
3. When on line and filled out paperwork for return. Never received anything as promised.
4. Tried to return at a store. After waiting 30 minutes they said they could not.
5. Went on line again...still no response.
6. Went to chat, go to agent after joke of experience with robot. Transferred or dropped by 7 agents over 90 minutes. Nothing resolved.
Still have my worthless $199 xpods.
This is the worst experience with ANY Company that I have had. I will go to social and write to CEO.

Xfinity dose not help their customers and is ridiculously overpriced!

Because I have been a customer for a very long time since 2011 or before that I am currently having a financial hardship my service was interrupted due to past due balance and xfinity would not help me to get my service restored according to what I could pay today I needed a little extra time to pay the full past due balance and also I think that xfinity is seriously overpriced it's ridiculous I pay almost $400 dollars a month for xfinity it is way too much money and I think that because I have been a customer for so long and pay so much that they should have really tried to help me out I will definitely leave a review in detail about my experience with xfinity I think they rob their customers and take advantage of them it's just wrong especially in the times were in terrible and not a lot of good tv either Internet service is not so great either especially for the price! I think you should lower your prices and take better care of your customers!

Worse worse worst internet i dont like being Xfinity customer but my complex has only Xfinity option if I can give 0 stars i will because when you have problems nobody no come for week even if I say I have to work try internet it’s not care about costumer shame of you shame of you Xfinity you lie to people I wish Xfinity not exist anymore shame of you

customers be aware!!

customers be aware!!! xfinity outsources there customer service and fraud department. I have had my info stolen twice from customer service employees. when I called the fraud department they are not cooperative and will lie. if you ask to speak to a supervisor they just pass the phone to the person sitting next to them. I asked for their company email so I could get my complaint recorded and have a copy and they informed me they don't have company emails. comcast and Xfinity is a horrible company.

The most horrible internet provider

The most horrible internet provider . I been with them for years. All of a sudden this pass year my internet got out everyday for hours. I miss work so this is a huge inconvenience. If you want a stable reliable connection. Do not choose Xfinity.

NEVER CHOOSE XFINITY

NEVER CHOOSE XFINITY! I spent 10 hours trying to get a refund for over $500 that they charged me by accident. It took me 3 trips to an Xfinity store to get new internet connection and a modem (of course the modem doesn’t work). Before that I was on the phone for 2 hours and could not even speak to a live representative. I truly truly hate Xfinity and would recommend that you DO NOT use their services. There are outages at least 2x per month. Their customer service is atrocious. The store does not honor Appointments, they let walk in go before you. They also don’t tell you when your contract is up and will continue charging you even AFTER cancellation of services. They were charging me for my old apartment for 6 months. They did not give me a full refund even though they have plenty of money. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. NEVER CHOOSE XFINITY

Xfinity is the most loathsome company and I am forced to be a customer. The OBNOXIOUS and road blocking phone tree is frustrating beyond comprehension. I HATE being an xfinity consumer

Xfinity representatives are…

Xfinity representatives are incompetent, rude and unhelpful. I myself work in customer service and can never understand how Xfinity hires these kind of people. Representative Mary told me her quality of customer service is not the most important thing and continued to be difficult throughout the entire phone call, didn’t even fix my issue about me normally being charged 80$ and randomly getting charged $140. Useless company and representative. Internet speed is trash and not even worth the hassle to speak to someone when you get a different answer each time.

Comcast's SCREW YOU response to a customer through a phone tree!

I was sent an email that I have to sign into an old Comcast email account in order to use it so I did. It then asked me to agree to letting Comcast access all sorts of information which I do NOT want to share with them. Their response was to not allow me to access the Xfinity Export Portal. OK - so maye I don't understand what they are doing or asking for her. What constitutes really terrible service however is that, when I called their customer service number, (1) I was put into a phone tree that did not allow me to ask anything. Apparently they are not smart enough to anticipate that the customer might have a problem that is not in their automated phone tree. (2) Then when I tried every conceivable branch in this tree hoping that there might be some intelligence behind it, Comcast unceremoniously ended the call. That's a "SCREW YOU" move on their part if there ever was one. I didn't even ever reach a live person. They have programmed in SCREW YOU to their phone tree.

Bad driver (160722)

You need to monitor your driver's better, the driver in pickup truck 160722 is two concentrated on driving fast then to be driving safe. Came off of the tappahannock bridge and he's bouncing in and out of cars not caring about almost hitting my truck.

This will not be my last review.

Cable service sucks

No service for cable. Couldn't fix after hours of being in the phone. Scheduled an in home service. I'm done. This happens every 6 months or so. Not worth 200 per month. I'm moving on to alt.

Customer Service

I called Xfinity several times last year to cancel my cable only.... That was probably in November or December it is now February 27, 2025.  I recently called Xfinity a couple of days ago and asked for a supervisor I have done this numerous of times last year and never received a call regarding canceling the cable only.

Last year I was speaking to several customer service agents who never expressed how the process works nor was I provided any emails of the confirmation - even though I was told an email would be sent stating the cable was cancelled.  I am just finding out today that there are no notes of my calls... I asked the supervisor isn't that a problem he says well there's no proof of me trying to cancel the cable...DUH!! 🙄 

If I was truly talking to a supervisor which at this point I don't know I was advised that I attempted to turn the TV on today while I was at work... That is baffling to me as if I have to lie about anything but I was being accused of something.. Mind you there are no notes of any calls that I have made regarding canceling the cable only last yr!!

All I was being told this evening was basically it's my problem and pay my bill so here we are!! 

Xfinity you have a problem and it's disappointing and very very frustrating when your customers are being told negative things or not the correct things regarding the process as a business and you're being paid astronomical amounts of money to have a service that doesn't care about its customers!!

I left the phone call feeling disrespected, insulted, and with no recourse to defend myself in any way basically I have nothing since the  Representatives didn't feel it was necessary to record my account properly. Just FYI.... Get a confirmation while they on the phone 📱

i’m DONE with xfinity

i’m DONE with xfinity. every single day for the past like five days i have been unable to connect to the internet and the “xfinity assistant” always ends up telling me to restart which i do but still everyday im doing this it is so frustrating. WHY CANT THEIR WIFI BE STABLE???????? not to mention they just randomly bumped up the cost on every single plan. so literally homemade wifi would be better than this abysmal company.

Xfinity/ Comcast is the worst phone co & if you get rid of their internet you is 5x more! $700 cell phone bill for 2 Colo. Americans who do NOT travel abroad

Xfinity/Comcast is the worst company out of them all! For 6 Long years, I have suffered almost monthly, certainly seasonal b.s. painful phone calls to ask about bogus charges and problems with their b.s. increase fees AND their Lies about what you will “get” whatever you do…do NOT keep your cell phone if you get rid of their home internet. I have a tape recording I’m a I have a tape recording. I’m an Xfinity employee saying that’s how they get their money and they have to charge for other things to ensure that their company stays afloat. What the hell does that mean? They will never let you talk to a real competent human/agent! Ever!
There are no Managers-only outsourced workers probably not getting paid anything to say to the customer” it will be fine” and it never is!
They don’t care about anything the customer says-and definitely if you get rid of your Xfinity Internet and try to keep your cell phone. They will break the law and charge you ridiculous amounts for making phone calls and texting even without using data, worst company ever! They do not care about customers the old saying buyer beware… Buyer don’t even go there! I have told complete strangers go away from Xfinity store because

My friends, colleagues & I have actually swapped horror stories how bad the local store is and their absolutely useless BOTS when you call or “text” in for help. Worst of all, I think they take advantage of old people. In our local store, I have seen how badly older citizens are treated just so naïve. It’s sad.

Xfinity fails to truthfully provide service

Called them in January 2025 to try to lower my bill. Rep was helpful and got it lowered. Flash forward to February 24 2025. Max, Showtime and other channels cannot be accessed. Spent over an hour talking to 3 reps on Feb. 24th and each one claimed I never had these subscriptions. Completely incorrect as I watched these channels for over 19 years. Called back today February 25th and the story changed! Now the rep said when I called in January, the rep who lowered my bill removed me from my "grandfathered" bundle and the "new" bundle no longer streams these stations. Told me it takes a while for the stations to "disappear". Told me I could not go back to the "grandfathered" bundle. Only way to get these stations back- pay more money! Xfinity is only interested in taking your money, they hide things and do not even display your services on their monthly bills in a way that depicts exactly what you are paying for. The reps lied about me not having these premium stations and then to get the stations back-pay more money! Xfinity avoids sharing the truth while they are seemingly being "helpful". Avoid them!

World's worst service.

World's worst service.

I canceled their service to move to a different provider after they added a smart watch to my plan that I did not want nor request. After canceling, I paid my final bill and confirmed with a rep that nothing further was owed. 3 months later, they are continuing to charge me and I'm continuing to spend hours with their clueless service reps trying to get my money back. Avoid Xfinity mobile at all costs.
