The company shopcomebuy emailed me saying return/exchange and to send photos of the outfits which i did. Reply came back within a minute to say it would cost too much for me to return and to keep it and give as a holiday gift to someone else. They would give me a 20% voucher to shop for something else. What help is that to me? Out of pocket with 2 outfits that are not as advertised and dont fit!!
Would definetly steer clear.

Do not buy from this company I ordered a dress they sent me a pair of cheap nasty trousers after loads of emails them admitting they were in the wrong have offered me 6 pounds to spend in there shop they are a total joke of a company

DO NOT BUY FRIM SITE!! They SCAMMED 3 credit cards of mine. I was in contact with all 3 credit cards plus my debit visa. There is now a fraudulent open case on these ss a! I initially thought I was buying ONE PURSE but they charged all 3 of my credit cards at all different prices AND they claimed it was also charged to a PalPal which I don’t have and never did!!! They are on FACEBOOK SELLING THESE OURSES AND OTHER PRODUCTS! I feel sooo damn stupid that I fell for this. Please don’t me and NEVER order from these guys!!

18/9/20, Comebye advise on the issue was to:
Send me a screenshot of the error you get please.(which I did)
and
May you try to log in with the email that we provided you again and to renew it?
Comebuysoftware is responding on my request for assistance however the issue remains 8/10/20.

This is probably the worst choice you can make when it comes to purchasing a software license or a service.
They offer shared accounts most of the time, which means you have a shared set of credentials, that may be changed without your knowledge.
Their support is non-existent, which means you will be locked out of the account you've paid for, for at least 2 to 3 weeks.
I would definitely not recommend.

I ordered MS Office version with belonging Lifetime License Key via e-mail. But after few weeks of success, MS Office stopped working, it was labeled as "unlicensed product" anyways. I called MS Support via phone and they told me officialy that the Key was used too many times and therefore I should contact Comebuy to solve this problem. But I get only bullsh*t and unprofessional respondings which could not lead to solving the problem.

Tbh, really scumbag company.

They sent defective units and gave me a weird address to refund. The package was sent according to the transportation company but they claim they don't receive it. I ended up paying the defective unit, return shipping, extra fee for exchange and no working product.

The support staffs use very weird Spanish which is like Indian/Chinese talking with us with google translation.

Takes over 1 week for them to answer a simple email.
I sent a question regarding a product and a flaw on there website, it took them 1 week to answer. But they still did'nt adress the issue on the site and claimed, "the item is till in stock" & "please place a order". I gave a reply and after 2 weeks i got an answer, still nothing done to the site but now "the product is out of stock now. I suggest that you could choose another one". They dont even read the email I'm sending them, just a quick and non responsive reply telling me to buy stuff.
Expect nothing from this site!

I bought muy phone on 15th feb 2015, and I received it 2 weeks after, when a pay more for a 2-5 days delivery for an item was already in Spain.

At the end of 2015 phone started to fail (reboot, turn off, no signal...) and in the early of january, I sent an email asking for the warranty, the phone HAD NOT 1YEAR. A week after, I put in touch with them again, but not response receive, and again, another week after, I sent another email. It was still January.

Today, 6th feb 2016 they put in touch with me and tell "we cannot repair for that for you as your phone has been used over than one year." That is completely FALSE and IMPOSSIBLE since I bought the phone on 15th feb 2015, and received it after 27th feb (I have the email confirming the shipment).

I do not strongly recommend to buy here if want warranty.

Lacking Information on the site, no reply via the form on their website and through instant messages (chat always offline), slow answer by email. One of my worst experiences online .

Almost 3 weeks ago i've ordered a phone from the european warehouse (estimated shipping should be a couple days) and payed by paypal at the moment of the order.
Since then I didn't receive ANY information, except an automatic mail about my order. I've tried to contact them, but their chat is always offline and they didn't answer my mail.

I hope i can get back at least my money....
Don't waste your time with them.

I finally got an address in Italy where to have the broken touchscreen repaired. After 1 month the touchscreen was broken again without an evident reason (phone was inside a reinforced case). So either the repair was not done correctly or THL 5000 touchscreen is too delicate for normal use. Would not recommend the purchase of that phone.

This company is... well, I better not write it down. I ordered 2 "Open C" mobile phones, but after one week (today) I received an email, they are out of stock. The annoying thing is, they don't refund you the money at once, as one might expect. They just keep it, and you have to ask them to give the money back. And there is no response at all, nor via Email or Paypal case.

This is really annoying, and I normally don't give feedback to any company, but Comebuy really deserves this. I mean, no problem they are out of stock - but then I have to refund the money at the same time. And as they were asking for positive feedback from their buyers, I felt I just have to make myself heard.

Luckily I paid with paypal, so I hope I will see my money again - after some time maybe, as I bet they will not refund me until Paypal refunds me through their buyer protection system.

So, my advice: Stay away from this company, it is not worth the money at all.

I bought over the phone COMEBUY No one Mi4 through its warehouse in Germany, package after 2-3 days sent to my aders via UPS agent and arrived for five days very quickly and commendable, after receiving the package and views occurred irregularity which we solve my experience with korist.Moje COMEBUY is very good and commendable as far as current events. I give them 5 *****

They sent me an another slightly more expensive phone.
I cleared this with the help center.
I've got two offerings: to send the phone back for free or keep this but send a reduced price difference.
I've chosen the second but I know I could be remaining quiet without paying anything. :) But IMHO it is better to legalize the status, if I later had another problems I would get support hopefully.
