Nathan L - excellent service
Excellent customer service from Nathan. I was transferred to Nathan after being on a call for 1 hour (for the nth time). Neither he, nor I were aware the call was to be transferred to him therefore he was starting on the backfoot in terms knoweldge of the account and issues. He was polite and knowledgeable. Especially given the confusing nature of the account being dealt with. He was extremely efficient and has solved the problem in under 30 minutes after my having tried for over 2 months, and many phonecalls, to get the issue resolved. He is certainly head and shoulders ahead of many of his colleagues!

Nathan, was polite and professional and to be totally honest very easy to listen too, didn't do any selling as it was a renewal but he has clear that there was a small savings against the previous contract and I am sure if other energy suppliers are looking for a customer service/sales person he would be of great benefit to them.

Mistake Averted
