After having an issue with a contract, it was dealt with fantastically by Tara. Tara was a pleasure to deal with and certainly knows how to give great customer service , which is very rare nowadays!

Nathan was friendly and knowledgable, and demonstrated why fixing into the rates he offered us would work better for us so I believe has saved us quite a bit of money on our commercial property!

We have been with BES for 5 years and over this time their service has improved a lot. Had a call from Nathan today who gave a competitive quote for new contract for electric however was slightly more expensive than new supplier quotes. Nathan took this away and came back with a cheaper quote which we agreed and renewed. This was a very easy process and would defo recommend.

Took the call from BES with a bit of an eye roll based on previous communication with the company but Nathan was very switched on and helpful and had me sorted in next to no time at all. Very friendly and efficient. Pleasure to deal with.

This 5 star review is NOT for BES.
I battled away for 8 months with every single person this company could possibly employ, I lost days of sleep and honestly couldn't believe that a company could operate in such a way.
Then, after between 5 and 30 phone calls a day, I found Neil. He is amazing, everything I was trying to achieve was done in a fortnight. Neil literally saved my mental health.
BES still screwed it up and created me 2 accounts. Ryan, after 19 calls to the really lovely but powerless call center staff, sorted that too.
BES is terrible to deal with, but there are, if you are lucky enough to find them.. great guys x
