Anita K, sorted everything out.
I applied for Companies House verification with Companies MadeSimple. They were polite and friendly, but their third party verification company seriously dropped the ball and I was left waiting.
It was my 4th time attempting to verify after a catalogue of mistakes from Companies House, including losing my details after I was verified in person at the post office because my phone was too old for their platform, which is completely unfair.
Also, even though I was born here, I have a ‘foreign’ sounding long name that in its everyday shortened form, is sometimes not recognised by algorithms. These will recognise that Chris is short for Christopher, but this often goes wrong with my name.
No one told me verification had failed and I was unhappy.
Anyway after a very stressful experience with the verifier, Credas, Anita K was able to sort things out and I am finally verified after almost a year of trying.
She was professional, kind and efficient.
Would recommend this company to anyone struggling to verify.
The price for this service was incredibly reasonable too.
