Warn you now do not use this man with a van very rude wasn't on time and didn't finish the job when I paid for 4 hours and only did 1hour and 40 mins. Very unsettled for moving which we still couldn't and now I'm getting threaten by my previous landlord that im going to loose the rest of my belongings I have complained but nothing so far

The service and the van driver was nice. But initially I booked the van for 7pm(afaik) and the driver thought it was earlier than that so we had a bit of back n forth discussion so we ended up deciding on 6pm and he was on time and the delivery was swift and everything went well and we were out of breath.

Cancelled last minute, do not be fooled by the driver's guarantee they just cancelled on us and refunded us at the time we were supposed to be moving house.

The driver was very polite and helpful. The drive was smooth and he was very respectful of our wishes to put various items in specific rooms.

Super professional when getting a large swivel armchair from one property to another, including dismantling the base and also taking a door off the hinges and working through some tricky doorframes to get the job done. Mo was personable effective in helping and getting it all moved in a timely fashion. I would have much preferred to book direct and discuss my needs beforehand. I paid for extra hours I did not need. I would not have done so had known what size van would arrive.

He was early and wanted to charge us for that time even though we didn’t book him for that time nor did we need him. He was just sat outside the house in his van until it was the time we actually booked him for and afterwards wanted to charge us for that extra time

Easy booking and good communication in build up and on the day.

Since we called for the driver several times before several date of the home moving, however, we have not received any respond from him. He just let us know we ordered the wrong size of van before one day of moving. Even though, this is solved.

On the day of moving, the driver was late around half an hour without notification. When they arrived we suggested that they could look around the moving stuff and assess how to move in an efficient way. Unfortunately they refuse to do so and just push our furniture into the van without any protection made. So my lovely wooden TV cabinet get damaged finally.

Dean and his team were absolutely brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole thing look so easy and effortless. They were consummate professionals and I’ll definitely be using them again!

1 star because there's no zero. Worst possible service ever. Booked a van. Self loading. On the day of the booking the driver called and said if we can pull the booking as of 2 hours earlier than the original booking. Obviously not possible for me. Hang up. Then 20min before the booked time slot he called he's on the way and be at my address 2h later than the booked time slot. I'm sorry but who's booking what? I get it - it's driving. Could be late like half an hour, maybe an hour. But if you can't make it, don't be greedy and cancel the booking and give back people's money. If you can't make it at all, why taking the job in first place? I'll tell you why - on the day of the booking there's no refunds if the job is cancelled. Not at all. Zero. I'm left with the impression that is a regular occurrence with this site, judging by reviews it's more like a scam than actual van service. In my understanding, if you book a slot, you can be late like an hour or so. If it's more than that you should offer full or partial refund. Let's be honest - I'm the one booking a slot and paying - not the driver. I'm the client. If the driver can't make it he shouldn't accept the booking. Seems like the drivers are taking jobs in bulk, regardless if they going to do something, because the cancelation policy is on their side. Don't matter if they going to make some actual work or not they're covered. When I think of it, it's rather clever - the more customers cancel - the better for the driver. He still gets paid because there's no cancelation. Do yourself a favor - stay away from this scamming site. Just use reputable service or hire a van yourself. I ended up getting a taxi van from the street and it was actually cheaper. I hope my experience helps other people to get burned.
