Damion and his team did an amazing job with moving me from London to East Sussex! They were both super efficient, speedy and highly skilled in moving & packing up the truck for maximum space. They took great care of all my items, were gracious…and couldn’t do enough to make the day go smoothly! I would highly recommend Damion & his team. These guys were brilliant!

Asked for large van got medium at best.
Driver and helper wasted time so I can be charged more. The driver helped with moving, the helper was not helpful at all. I ended doing most of the work! And they charged for their additional time, no receipt for the additional charge

The driver was incredibly rude and even aggressive at times, and did not handle my belongings with care, and my boxes and bags fell off a few times. I was lucky it was not one of the bags containing expensive appliances. I asked him to not put heavy bags on top of light ones and he ignored me. He rushed me to finish while we were way ahead of schedule. Other than the bare minimum of taking me from A to B the rest was a bad experience.

Update 2: My move is in one hour. I try to call my driver via the link they sent: the code is expired. I go to the website that is asking me to go to my account to get an active code. There is exactly zero link on the website to log in. I go to /login instinctively. I manage to get in. I see that I have no booking. The driver hasn't called me yet. All this sounds VERY scammy, please avoid this site at all costs

Update: I didn't receive an email at first after booking a moving, this was due to me mispelling my address. customer support came back to me and updated the address.
I have read a few reviews about drivers not showing up, so I have contacted my driver and he confirmed he would be available on that day

So, so far the experience is OK. Having used other services before, I am used to having the company or the mover confirming the details with you, and also knowing what you are actually moving so they can make sure they have the right van/truck. But this is not a big issue

I will give my final review after the moving.

To begin, my experience so far is quite bad in terms of customer support. I am happy to change my review when my customer experience gets better all the way to my moving.
I have booked a moving, paid, and no email received, moreover they say that my email is invalid when I am trying to fid the details on their site.
Their social media has not been updated in 5 years, has a bunch of hidden posts with many, many complaints from customers

The company called an hour after I booked online to tell me that they had double booked so I had to rearrange my pick up during the day. Already, on the call they were quite rude and unprofessional but I had limited alternatives and no time to rearrange so I continued. Once they arrived, they immediately started complaining and mentioning all sorts of extra costs. Then they started stalling, and packing in effectively to try and convince me it would not fit in the truck. Once everything fit in the truck they unloaded very quickly at the new property and insisted to be paid extra in cash. Upon my refusal they agreed to send an invoice. I shared this invoice with the website I booked from and they confirmed no additional charges were due. Overall they got the job done but it was a stressful experience and they were hard to manage

Moving out with Azam was great. I only had 5 boxes, a luggage, some bags and plants. Between the two of us we quickly loaded up the van in less than 20 minutes.

He also helped me unload all my stuff in the storage of the new flat. Really glad I got some extra hands to help with my move.

Dean and his friend had been delayed by a previous job, but turned up cheerful and friendly, and completed my move twice as fast to make up for it, it felt! It turned a stressful day into something almost enjoyable! Will definitely book again!

The gentleman was timely and kept us informed of exactly when he was going to arrive etc and what to expect. He accommodated us when we needed 2 passenger seats and overall provided great service. Will definitely use this site again!

The move went well with good communication throughout the entire process.

The folks who came are really professional and friendly. ( Roger's team ). I have seen couple of other movers where the helpers just stack things randomly and said van is full and can't take anymore. But the guys came are professional. First accessed the things, planned everything and the van was jam packed. They handled the things with much care for items like TV, glases, computer etc.

I strongly recommend Roger's team.

Excellent service. The movers handled the boxes, electronics etc. with care during both loading and unloading. They were professional, quick, efficient from start to finish. They charged extra for time-overrun which was fair, we dint feel overcharged. Overall, very positive experience. Will highly recommend these movers for a stress-free moving experience.
