Complexions serviced our Fat - freezing machine,dropped off on Tuesday,collected Wednesday,the machine is like new,excellent service from Dave & his team.
We will be using them for any other of our machines.

Caci machine repair.
Dave is really helpful and practical and my machine was repaired and ready to be collected within 2 days - and this was just after Christmas! Amazing customer care and service. Would highly recommend.

Poor customer service wouldn’t go thier if you paid me to staff are rude when you have thick hair all they do is moan speak down on you avoid this salon horrendous they’re lying they didn’t go beyond all they did was complain about how long it was gunna take going on about how thick it was yes I did make appointment in February called to reschedule by rude Jodie who said they couldn’t do all my treatment I asked for cause length it take don’t believe word they say they’re liars very rude don’t go if you have thick hair disrespectful they are hair dressers and they’re so unprofessional telling me my hair was high maintenance telling me to dry it myself moaning constantly about how long it take them to do my hair well If didn’t go thier how do I know thier names Adam and Jodie and julee but julee was ok they wasn’t they mentioned in comment below again take a lot longer to correct see moaning I did had appointment for March had second consultation first was horrendous with Adam then I phone to reschedule and got snotty remarks by Jodie going on about how long my hair take booked me in for restyle I didnt want instead of long cut blow wave said to me they couldn’t do it actually didn’t want to do it cause of the time it take to do moaning over how thick my hair was again she actually put phone down on me aswell for no reason such snotty rude person don’t even know why they are working thier if they don’t wanna do all types of hair it’s hairdressers what they are getting paid to do I didn't complain once about price all they do is lie omg

Dave is very helpful and always replies straight away to your messages. Its great to have someone to repair and service your Caci machine as Caci International charge extortionate costs and not so pleasant and helpful.I bought my second hand machine from Complexions as I could not afford Caci prices.

The heavily damaged box I received, containing the 4 plastic bottles, is the responsibility of the postal services .
It is however the responsibility of Complexions Online Shop, to use enough bubble wrap or other material, to prevent further damage to whatever is in the box ... That material sadly was not there .
As a result one flacon has a broken spraying head that is not functional anymore .

Prompt efficient service at a competitive price. I would have preferred the delivery to have been left in a safe place rather than require a signature. I wasn't in and had to go to the Post Office to collect which is a nuisance.

Ease of purchase was great. There did seem to be a small delay on delivery but the team were really helpful.
Item arrived more or less as I’d put the phone down so it was probably due to the bank holiday
