Excellent service from this company. We ordered 2 computers for our offices and they were delivered before the estimated date the website said. I found it very easy to buy what we needed and happy with the delivery, packing and quality of the build.

Easy and simple way to a custom built PC, fully tested, well packed for delivery, delivered on time and worked straight out of the box. Well worth them building it and you get a 2+1 years guarantee.

Also did a custom build for a friend and passed the build number to them who telephoned Computer Planet with it and there PC was also built and delivered the same day as mine also in perfect working order.

PC arrived as promised after 9 days. Was packed in 2 boxes full of protection packaging. Everything was in good shape, the brands they used for parts are also on the good side. Was a 1,550 pounds PC which runs extremely powerful !. Customer service was smooth and everything in general was 5/5 just a tiny problem where they forgot to give my cd keys for PUBG,battlefield1 and cs:go tho it's not a major issue since i don't play those games :). Don't be discouraged ordering, Most of the negative reviews are from people who just had to gather more information and read a little bit more before ordering.

Excellent service, very pleased indeed with the entire process. They incorporated other components I needed which were sent from elsewhere during the build, no hassle. The PC build itself is extremely good, clean, and the PC runs perfectly.

Very happy, mainly that I don't have to worry about building a PC ever again.

Excellent service from these guys. We purchased 2 multi monitor pcs and they arrived a day early without any problems. Will buy from again.

Update: Computer Planet lied in their response (not surprised based on my experience). Just be careful, these guys are extremely dodgy. All updates had been made to bios when I initially returned the PC, and they sent it back to me in exactly the same state. Even to this day I’m still having problems with the CPU fans. Like others have mentioned, the construction is poor. For example, the components are too large for the case.

Original post: I am currently experiencing an on-going dispute with Computer Planet.

Anyone thinking about ordering should wait for a resolution of my dispute unless they are willing to risk losing all their PC data in a years time.

My computer arrived faulty, and blue screens at least once every time it is booted.

The problem got progressively worse until there was an endless cycle of blue screens, even after re-installing the operating system, the problem persisted. I ended up losing 1 year of work which has really cost me financially.

So I sent it back for a repair.

After the repair process, the computer was sent back (a long wait), and guess what? The exact same problem persisted on the very first boot.

As you would expect, I asked for a refund. Who can afford to waste any more of their time in a situation like this? After all this was supposed to be a high end PC, but had been nothing but littered with problems from the get go.

Computer Planet told me that because its a bespoke product, I'm not legally entitled to a refund. It does not currently appear that they follow the Consumer Rights Act - 2015. I will update should this change.

So to conclude my current situation, if you have a real issue with your PC, they will do anything but entitle you to a refund, which is completely within your rights. Instead they will waste your time, replacing parts for a problem to occur down the line, and come up with reasons why you aren't entitled to a refund, none of which are lawful!

If you have tried and failed to repair the PC, why shouldn't I now be entitled to a full refund?

I will continue to update should things change.

First time buying a pre-built computer, I normally just do them mysekf but as I havent gotten the time anymore I read up on a few different websites and made the decision on going with Computer Planet, and I honestly couldn't be happier with how everything was handled, even before ordering from them seeing how active they are on their forums made me slightly more confident with the choice.

Best decision I made!!

I came across this company when looking for a new gaming PC and spent my time researching where would be the best place to buy as I'm quite bad in this area. I have to say, I'm extremely impressed with this Company and I would like to share my positive experience.

Computer Planet was helpful, kind and guided me through absolutely everything during the process via e-mails and Live Chat. I know fairly little about this area but they always helped and checked over things and gave me great support, like no other company. When calling about my delivery, I was put through to a lovely lady on customer support called Fay, and she is an absolute star!

Amazing customer support, and Fay made sure I was looked after and even included a note within my order which was so sweet. Everything came as I wanted :-)

I don't usually write reviews. But having said that, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Computer Planet to anyone or buy from them myself again.

I used ComputerPlanet to build a new PC for me to use as a home media server and workstation. I was impressed by the pricing and choice of components. Computer arrived on time and very well packaged, and the neatness and quality of the build and cabling was exemplary. Customer service was responsive. Couldn’t be happier.

Pc is been great I would recommend them to anyone you can buy pc all ready build pc or can build your own on there website and pick the parts put you In your pc from Intel to AMD builds .
