Really nice staff, first class.

Friendly and professional service. Lovely clinic, Im looking forward to wearing my first pair of extremely snazzy glasses.

My whole experience was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jo was absolutely brilliant, she made it fun and also knew exactly what I looked good in, that is a wonderful skill to have. I will not go to any other opticians now.

I woke up with a sore and uncomfortable eye. I knew it was something that required looking at by a professional.. Several unsuccessful phone calls later trying to get some sort of help, I called Concept Eye Clinic! Absolutely blown away with the customer experience from all 3 members of staff. Left with a prescription for an eye infection and assurance that they could see me on Monday if required, said with genuune concern.
I will stay with my own local independent opticians as we too live in a small town. I would wholeheartedly recommend this eye clinic to anyone. 5 stars from me. Thank you for my experience all of you.

I recently received exemplary service at this location from a remarkable young woman named Sacha Richardson. Her people skills and her exceptional service deserve recognition.  
I recently purchased a pair of Lindberg glasses from her, Sacha was working in the Tynemouth branch in April when I had my annual eye test done but I understand she’s now working in the Byker clinic (although she did meet me in Tynemouth on Saturday 8th July to hand over my new glasses.)  I do have very high expectations of the level of service, having been in the service industry myself for a number of years. Sacha greatly exceeded my expectations. I feel such a level of service should not only be acknowledged but rewarded. 
Without her help, this purchase would NOT have been possible. She is a real gem.

A special thank you to Jim (optometrist) and Rahill and Michelle (dispensing assistants) for my recent eye test at Concept Eye Clinic, Gosforth. The examination that was conducted by Jim (in total privacy) was exceptional. It was a more detailed and far more in depth investigation than anything I have previously experienced in any high street optician. The scientific data from the test was displayed on an overhead projector using the most advanced equipment available and Jim interpreted it for me in 'lay-man's' terms. He detected a small shadow at the rear of my eye and pointed it out on the display screen, reassuring me that this was harmless and it had probably been there all of my life. This made me think that I would still be unaware of this had I continued with basic eye tests on the high street. The combination of Jim's expertise and dedication with the most advanced hi-tech equipment re-assured me that if any problem did occur with my eyes in future, it would be detected at the very earliest opportunity and dealt with in a timely manner to get the most optimum outcome.

The following process of choosing and fitting of my glasses, again using the latest technology to obtain exact measurements, was also far superior than anything I have previously experienced at any other clinic. Rahill and Michelle have the ability to put you at ease and make you feel that the whole experience is tailored around you rather than you being 'just another number'. Sam was able to assure me my Chanel spectacles which adore and I had purchased from Concept in Tynemouth could be fixed after I had accidentally sat on them.My original purchase of my Chanel spectacles had been facilitated by the lovely Samantha who went the extra mile to secure them for me. The place already looks magical from the outside, and a warm welcome from the front-of-house team awaits on the inside. Friendly attentive and efficient service combined with an air of competent professionalism makes this a destination of choice. The clinical arrangements throughout the pandemic have been discreet, thoughtful and well managed.

It is a real pleasure to be with the staff at Concept Eye Clinic. Their approach is personalised, reassuring, friendly and professional. Above all - they know what they are doing.
Arranging appointments is quick and easy. The team give all the time required to fully care, not only for your eye-sight, but also for your comfort and appearance with new spectacles, should they be necessary.

I was delighted with the whole team at Concept, throughout the process of my eye test with Jim, measurements and ordering with Gabriel, and finally fitting and finance with George.
The stringent Covid precautions, all done with a light touch and a friendly face, were very impressive.
I had anticipated not being able to try frames but their sanitising regime meant that this could be achieved safely.
There was a wide choice of frames and Gabriel helped me to choose the ones that were perfect for me.
Being able to spread the cost with Concept's interest-free finance scheme is a real bonus and was arranged quickly and easily.
Bravo!

Outstanding is a high accolade but a thoroughly well deserved one for Sam Harrison, Ross and the team at Concept Eye clinic in tynemouth. The personal care and attention I have received has been excellent as I have come to expect over the last couple of years as a client. My eye health and care is obviously of the utmost importance and the professional advice I have received has been excellent. As a professional model aesthetics as well as functionality are extremely important for my work the choice of designer frames is excellent as was Sam's advice when it came to choosing new frames.
