I went to Mr Shehyar Khan for my wife and children's appeal matter as Home Office refused their application,before this i been to couple of other solicitors. Some said I filled the wrong application form some said Home office done the right thing and I need to lodge the appeal ASAP.
But after reading the refusal letter Mr Khan said The Home Office made a wrong decision and he assured me the Home Office will withdraw their decision and same thing happened.
