Alveena helped me to process a fiancé visa. I was particularly concerned about the process since my fiancee is from China and fur to covid our relationship was mainly long distance. Alveena was very supportive and reassuring from day 1 and helped us to get a successful approval. Though it was clear that Alveena was not an expert with dealing with Chinese nationals and there were some areas that could have been handled a little better, still I have confidence that Alveena can get the job done and will be happy to use her again in the future.

We looked and searched for proper presentation with credible reviews and it was an honour to have found such a professional team at Connaught laws. From the first phone call,we visited their offices in London, paid deposit and started the process.

We were kept well informed throughout the process and all the documents required were requested in a manner that ukvi approved and that alone gave us confidence that they knew what they were doing.UKVI never asked for additional documents as every criteria was completed by fabulous Laura. Spousal application was daunting as we had been refused standard visa a few times and we were honest with the lawyers on these issues.

Our recommendation is that being honest with them was great for us, what we deemed impossible, didn’t faze them and bottom line is have you ticked each criteria and if you have had past refusals, share that paperwork and explain circumstances well so that they know how to best represent you.
