Very quick delivery and excellent offers here! Bought a new Ss Apex Pro Tkl gaming keyboard at the cheapest price including free shipping and it's delivered today (so fastly within 48 hours in perfect condition). In my previous purchases also i got a good experience so feel that Conrad is quite reliable too.

Conrad has no proper security. Anyone can simply create an account with any email and order with no payment. There is no email address verification. I reported this to their support and they simply told me to not accept the package. They do not seem to want to understand the issue. I emailed them, I called them but the result is the same.

I ordered a fridge on the Conrad website. When the promised delivery date came, there was no delivery. To my numerous requests about the status of my order and new delivery date, I received no replies. Absolutely none! I was completely ignored. No product, no money, no feedback. This is incredible. The story is still not finished. I am desperately struggling to get my money back. If I do not get it in the next few days, I will escalate the case to the consumer protection authorities. The worst experience ever. Never again will I ever deal with Conrad and will spread this info to all my friends. The company does not care a bit about its reputation.

I'm so pissed off by Conrad that I'll definitely never order anything again! Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to believe what's on their homepage. Specifically, it was stated that the desired item was available immediately and delivery would take place within five to ten days. I've been waiting for over a month now !! A specific delivery date is no longer given, it only says "as soon as available". Conrad did not even inform me about it. I don't get an answer to my e-mails and when I call they are either unavailable or unfriendly! Why should they, I paid the 800 Euro purchase price over a month ago! So the next time it will be a purchase from the definitely much more competent international competition and definitely not a purchase from local retailers, thank you Conrad!

As I have explained many times this bill is incorrect.

Any orders I placed with Conrad were prepaid. I do not have ability to order on credit. I once phoned Conrad to clear this up and they said they would delete the faulty invoice. Now 6 months later I once again get Email and paper reminders.

Remove the faulty invoice from your system and NEVER contact me again about it, except to confirm you will never contact me again about it

Bought an MSI computer 1k. HDD died after 3-4 months of use. Gave it for repair, they said it would take 3 weeks. 5th week now, still no news.
