I had the most horrible experience dealing with this company. I do not recommend shopping with them.

I've bought 2 20 TB Seagate NAS drives and both of them came dead on arrival. I've sent them back in the same condition and packaging (condition was without a single scratch) and got response that within 4 weeks they will study them and then contact me. After 4 weeks they replied that no refund will be made since manufacturer said that the drives have several mechanical dents (where??) and therefore they won't do the refund. Avoid them at all cost. In almost 40 years doing business with various tech equipment I've never had such experience like this one.

Literally scam people and make unsanctioned transactions, then don't answer you in customer service. Please, just find an alternative to this crappy firm

Ordered a Kenwood stand mixer. Never received the shipment. E-tec.at hiding behind their delivery partner and ignoring EU ecommerce law. Complaint will be filled.

Online search function not at top (not very selective) but ok, unique trade-off between classic shop with in-person consulting and online-only shop, gratis delivery at the shop very practical but sometime with long (>15min) waiting time because consulting and delivery of orders is done from the same person.

I order Graphic card rx 6600 which I get in 5 days.When i order website didt show my order after.I contact customer services which help next morning.I was lucy - seeing other people waiting 3 months.

not a good place to order Video card, they take pre-orders (jan 2021) but until now delivery schedules (3 months)....

i have order some gpu cards that are in stock and after a have made the order and payment i receive that email
"The product ordered is currently unavailable or no longer available
is produced.
The article can therefore no longer be delivered by us."
Now i need to wait some days to receive my payment back.
I do not recommend this.

Official Nvidia video cards retailer that rumps up the price by +200 EUR from recommended retail price in Austria. No option to buy "cheap" founder's edition, which they should sell as official partner, because nobody would buy their aftermarket versions of 3070 for 800 EUR.

I ordered an Ipad 2018 by them, they gave me an Ipad 2017. I realised it after a month after I have received it. I gave it back as soon as I found that out, and when I asked for the actual Ipad I have paid for, they charged me 60€ more. Do not buy by them, there is a high chance that the good offer they have is going to transform into a scam.

Their prices might be OK, but in the end you end up paying more! I wanted a new motherboard and brought my old one with me: they still sold me the wrong size. Once this turned out after a weekend of installation: they refused to help me with another motherboard or with discount on a new box. They only wanted me to give back the motherboard and told me to buy elsewhere, totally ducking the responsibility for all the trouble they caused. Watch out! CAVEAT EMPTOR: they let the buyer beware!
