slow and painful
At renewal they always seem to ask for more. Surely if you passed the last two years and submitt similar but updated evidence there should be no issue. Also, one little rejection can set you back at least 4 weeks meaning you then show as unverified - they take far too long to look at anything, then when you resubmitt documents they actually already have in other areas they take at least 10 days. Good concept but they clearly need more staff - based on the fees they charge they should be able to afford it.

no clue of the real world activities
As a SME, 90% of the questions are irrelevant, then it gets rejected....you then try to explain what you do and the question is irrelevant, but do they listen or care, NO they do not as they are desk top specialists, with no idea of what happens in the real world. I would love to know how much money they pay the big commercial companies, that insist we join a pointless scheme
