Great coffee, great pack and great service.

Nicest filter coffee i have tasted never been big fan of filter coffee but I wont be changing back now after ordering the sample packs with the aeropress and a really nice mug couldn't be happier with my order will be putting in new one verry soon and look forward to trying other blends.

Originally tried their coffee bags years ago, but recently placed another order for one of their bundles - good updates, quick delivery and tasty coffee. Good to know that some of the profits also go to charity. Would order from again.

You really can't fault the people who work for them, which is why I'm struggling to understand some of the other reviews.

You're not ordering your next box of Nespresso pods. There isn't an AI or 30 customer service agents waiting to answer your email. This is exactly what it says it is: a homegrown, UK-based coffee supplier, made by real people who are veterans.

I ordered the Tester Pack, Cleared Hot and an enamel mug. Within a day, the guys were in touch to explain there had been an unexpected delay. That's all you can really ask for from a company, transparency.

I then ballsed up my own order by putting the wrong postcode in. Nicholas was fantastic. There's no other way to describe it. They were patient, helpful and got everything sorted, with the order arriving in good time once Yodel finally pulled their finger out.

But the bit we all actually want to know: what's the coffee like?

Is it any good?

Yes. These guys are the real deal. The coffee is fresh, bold and incredibly easy to drink, and Red On! is a completely different calibre. As I said to them in my email, these coffees wouldn't be out of place in a restaurant, whether casual or fine dining. In fact, I've had considerably worse coffee in some of them.

Moral of the story? Stop reading reviews and buy the bloody coffee. It's pretty good.

Coffee- Red On
This coffee is hoofing. Best I have ever tasted. Being a total coffee snob, I have had many different coffee companies. But Contact coffee is top notch stuff.
I bought Red On and took out a subscription too. The customer service is brilliant easy to order and delivery was very good. The comms with the company are cool to plenty of information provided. I cannot fault this company. Keep up the good work chaps and your coffee is Mega !!!’

Just received my order of 4 different blend packets packed inside an original surplus ammo tin. For 40 odd quid, exclusive of delivery, the value is absolutely phenomenal.

I just brewed my first mug of Battle Prep using a 12g ratio, and the flavour is sensational. This blend has a brilliant, heavy body that feels premium. It perfectly balances a strong, smoky kick with sweet, complex undertones of liquorice and dark chocolate. It is incredibly robust but drinks incredibly smooth.

Beyond the top-tier coffee, I love knowing my purchase supports our brave Royal Marine Commando veterans on civvie street. Incredible business helping heroes manage PTSD and mental health. Thank you for your service guys.

That's why I titled my review as I did

my message was in relation to an email from Luke asking why I had't ordered any more. I said I was still drinking my previous order and as you were poor on the comms regarding no stock, I won't be ordering again

Stop using Yodel and get yourselves a decent courier. Ref your revert, be careful you don't get hundreds of thousands of times too big for your customers. Most customer focused retailers assess customer satisfaction on CPMUs and the best strive for single figures per SKU.

Been in the coffee club since it was formed. Great company excellent communication, customer service and customer care.

UPDATE: they eventually responded via email and not on any of the chats or socials I posted on. They didnt, offer to send another whilst they dealt with the lost parcel they just left me waiting and basically blamed Yodel. Yodel are terrible - everyone knows this just look at their reviews - but in my experience of customer service which is vast they should have sorted the problem quickly and efficiently whilst dealing with Yodel separately.
I ordered coffee elsewhere and got it next day no problem. Better taste and brand too. I won't name it as that's not fair but it's very nice and very strong... Not hard to find. Check their other reviews & don't deal with this company.

Terrible customer service. The coffee I received firsr time was good so I set up a subscription. That never arrived and Yodel lost it (I know they have a terrible track record too so not completely surprised). However all Contact Coffee did was acknowledge it was missing with Yodel. Days go by and no replacement sent and no response to further emails and online chats at all. Shame but I'd avoid this company. Definitely don't order coffee you need within a week and definitely don't subscribe as you'll be destined for disappointment!

Just replenished my supply of Contact Coffee bags and grabbed a French Press to bring back to East Africa for work. My spirits are definitely lifted!As usual, the service was excellent.
