Great Product but...
Amazing coffee, smells amazing. Got it as a present for my dad for Christmas, but..
Delivery was really slow, Yodel was gash. Delivered it to the wrong house and all.
When it said delivered, It got there on the day I was with my dad but now I cannot give it to him in person as yeah, was delivered to the wrong place.

We love the coffee bags
We love the coffee bags, on our second order. We did have a slight issue on the second order where some bags were missing. The answer from the contact us email address was very quick, and although it took a second prompt to resolve I won't mark that down.

Ordered on the Sunday, using normal shipping, but the weight meant it couldn't go regular, and they upgraded to premium at no extra cost to me, result: I got the order on the Tuesday! THAT'S damn good customer service! The coffee is excellent as well 😁

SHORT EXPIRY DATE
Though the coffee is tasty.
I ordered 30 pods on 10th April arrived mid April 24.
I am very disappointed with the expiry date on each of the boxes, x3 "best before END APRIL 24".

Hello Cliff, thank you for your feedback. As you have pointed out the coffee is still very tasty and that's because there is actually a two year best before on coffee but we choose to put a year on ours. So in fact you do have till April 2025 on your coffee. It is also a best before date and not a use by.

Amazing product and company
I’d heard about this company on social media and really wanted to give them a try. Genuinely, it’s the nicest coffee I’ve ever bought. I bought the charity blend and a taster style pack and it’s incredible quality. Taster style pack is great as I like my coffee stronger than my husband does, so everyone is happy! Customer service and delivery is great too; the coffee had arrived before I’d even realised it’d been dispatched- it was that quick! Amazing company and product. Very very happy. I’ve been recommending to everyone! Thank you!
