Outstanding Service
I have been a customer of Container and Packaging for 4 years and have never had a bad experience the service has been consistent. I always call in my orders because the response is timely with efficient agents, and I love speaking with them. Right away the experience is a plus when I can speak to a person and not a bot. Every person appears to love their job so most likely it's a low stress environment. After the Great personable experiences I receive my package in a timely manner without damage. I have a cosmetic business so I use different size jars and I get all of them from Container and Packaging; they have different sizes, different types and different caps . They offer a selection of warehouses so they select the closest warehouse to the delivery location. The agent conveys this information as the order is placed.
