I appreciate their shipping, professionalism, prices and promptness so thats all 5 stars. Probably if you buy from them you'll have a 5 star experiance. I ordered Synko tough patch and they had it listed the way I wanted it, in the powdered form you mix yourself. Unfortunately I was shipped the ''pre mix'' formulation which just isn't the same animal. Control over the water content and fast drying is what I needed not another too wet bucket of slow drying goop with disappointing performance. I WILL buy from them again but this was a miss....

Good product & packaged well, but shipped late…
The shipment arrived a day later than was promised as the latest date it would arrive (it came 8 days after the order was placed). I saw that it was not shipped as promptly as was initially indicated would occur, and I had stressed that the earliest delivery possible was important for me.
However, the product was well packaged, worked well, and otherwise I am pleased with this transaction.
