These people will harass you over duties and fees that aren’t even eligible to be paid- I had an item delivered to me under warranty for free and over 6 months later
i’m being demanded to pay a £50 fee? Fedex confirmed no fee is due since it’s a warranty item… I’ve explained this control account and they continued to harass me… Don’t pay this company a penny.
If you contact me again I won’t hesitate to report you to the FCA and take you to small claims court over Harassment

The agent Nabee I spoke to was so helpful and patient. More helpful than the two companies that were meant to have dealt with the situation before it went to a collection agency. However really helpful and personable. An arrangement was set up so one less thing to worry about.

Keep pesting me for a payment, rang them up, they wanted my personal information even though i provided reference number. Refused to mention what payment is for, kept demanding my personal information threw out the call. When purchasing item on ebay no fees were mentioned prior to payment.
