Disappointing

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. First, the discount code wouldn’t work despite multiple attempts. Now, the package cannot even be delivered properly to the designated pickup point. I tried calling customer service, but they were absolutely no help and provided no solutions to fix the issue. This has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience.

Unprofessional and dismissive

I ordered a pair of wide fit shoes from Converse online. The site is not being maintained well, and you cannot choose wide fit on some of the products, and it has to be edited in the basket if you want wide.

When I called for confirmation of the shoe's fit, the agent told me it was a standard fit. I ordered another pair, only to receive the same confusing email stating that the pair is a size 3.5 with no specification for width fit.

Called Converse, they're now telling me that they're both wide size fits but they cannot cancel the most recent order.

I sent an email, and will now wait a few days before I receive a response.

*Update* They will blame their customers for issues before owning up to and rectifying mistakes and when you try to contact a manager via email or phone, they won't pass it through and will get irate and dismissive. Unprofessional attitude to have as a team member. If you want Converse shoes, go to one of their retail distributors. Never Converse Online (Europe)

I’ve been a converse customer for years…but won’t be again!

I’ve been a converse customer for years but now I don’t buy from them again…
Ordered some custom converse where you can design your own pair. They arrived damaged and terrible quality 3 times - each time o had to return them they were covered in dirty marks, glue or just really badly made. £100 for a pair was a joke! I then ordered several pairs of leather converse to see which I liked best. Sent 5 pairs back and had the tracking etc to prove it. I kept the two most expensive pairs. Received an email saying they had the trainers back but only listed 4 pairs instead of 5. I rang and complained and they refunded the 5th pair straight away to the tune of about £75. I waited and waited for the other 4 pairs to be refunded (the 4 pairs they originally sent me an email saying they’d received back and which I could track to prove they had - the 5th pair they did refund manually was also in the same box). These shoes were around £270 - I have NEVER been refunded and I’m SO thankful I used my credit card as they refunded for them. I’ve chased this for weeks and now given up. Honestly AVOID! They aren’t the company they once were and the shoes are made in Vietnam so the quality is often totally appalling! But something else! Customer service is awful and just fibs you off and lies. AVOID THIS COMPANY! The converse of old is long gone!

Customer service is terrible

Item arrived & looked nothing like the picture online so I immediately returned them.
It’s been 10 days now & still not received a refund so called them to be told different dates for return postage!
Customer service not at all helpful & rude on these grounds I will not be purchasing from them again!

The Worst Company to Order Online

I purchased Converse Chucks 70 in Black. When I received them the shoes were Blue and the box said Black. I initiated a return and they were received Dec 9 24, it's now Dec 18 and no update when the shoes will be mailed. Their mistake caused me to lose out on a Christmas present I was giving my daughter, now I can't.
The worst customer service ever, shipping is awful. You would think that Converse.com would have their shit together and better customer service!

The customer service team are rude and give no explanation or apology

I ordered a pair of Converse boots on the Website as they were not easy to find in the shops. They use EVRI courier company who said the boots were out for delivery. They never arrived. I complained to EVRI via CHAT and an automated call and never received a callback. I then contacted Converse and the staff member was not apologetic nor helpful or knowledgeable. She just said I would get a refund and would not allow me to talk, only talking over me. I tried to explain the circumstances but she kept cutting me off saying she had to process the refund. Some training needed I think. A massive organisation with either rude or poorly trained staff. Such a shame. I won't shop there again.

The absolute worst shipping experience

The absolute worst shipping experience. The funds were deducted from my account immediately. My order sat for 3 days without any updates. After 4 days a notice was sent saying it would be the 16th but the very next day a new notice changing the date to the 19th. They have earned the very last of my money. I don't care what they slap on the side of the shoe, I'm done!

I ordered the custom Billie Eilish x converse, I put in my address and tried to put in my apt number but it wouldn’t let me Continue. I decided to try and not put it and it worked. When they tried to ship it to me they had to send it back and now I can’t get them back. They were LIMTED.

Worst Customer Service Ever with Fake Information

I ordered a pari of shoes at Converse.
Not only they told me that they will not arrive on the day that they promised but I cant even cant cancel the order because even if they promise a date they are allow to do not respect it without a refund !!! And the customer care at the phone a woman totally horrible no serivce at all no manner. It was a present will not be shipped on time , when and if it will arrive will be totally useless.
Also they send you email that they are sorry they are in delay but when you wnat to cancel the order they tell you is not possible because the order has been alreayd dispatched but than you call PARCALFORCE and they never received the item to send !! So it is totally a FRAUD system in order to take ypur money and never refund. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER SAVE YOUR MONEY

Worst customer service experience

Worst customer service experience. Ordered pair of shoes on cyber monday. These did not have low in stock as other. 4 days later, after all the sales they cancel my order. Not only did they cancel my order and not allow for an exchange of similar product but the lady was extremely rude!

DON'T BUY FROM CONVERSE.

If you return shoes DON'T EXPECT A REFUND. I returned 3 pairs of shoes (2 were the incorrect size, the 1 that fit was not comfortable). I marked 3 shoes as returned. After numerous phone calls converse have stated that I only returned 2 shoes and that I marked 2 shoes to be returned on the return sheet- which is absolute false

If a pair of shoes has gone missing it is either been stolen from the box at:
- Tesco Express -where I returned shoe
- Parcel force
- Converse

I will be posting this review on all the above places involved

Update:
After a lengthy process, converse have refunded me the shoes. I have not been told whether there was a mishap at the warehouse or if the courier was involved. I'd advise that if you make a return film yourself adding the items to the parcel and sealing it

Atrocious customer care

Shoes arrived damaged so emailed them with pictures and heard nothing back, so phoned them a couple of days later. Could barely understand the person on the phone (Spanish, I think), but eventually they asked me to send more pictures and said they would email me a discount code so I could buy another pair as I’d bought them in the sale. I emailed more pictures and again had no reply, so phoned them AGAIN, and spoke to someone who was even more difficult to understand. Anyway, they said they’d email me to tell me how to return the shoes, which they did, but didn’t send a discount code for me to purchase another pair, so I emailed asking for the code but haven’t had a reply again. So I’m gonna have to call them for a third time to try and get a discount code sent to me. Absolutely terrible customer service from such a lucrative company.

Ordered a pair of converse from the…

Ordered a pair of converse from the online store and was forced to pay express shipping fee with a guarantee of 1-2 days shipping. There was no option to remove the express shipping. The shoes took more than a week to deliver and they reported they had attempted to deliver but I was home the whole day so they flat out lied. My shoes arrived in a plastic satchel and I had thought there was no box. When i opened the satchel the shoes and box were soaked all the way through with water and the box was completely destroyed. I took pictures as I was so disappointed in the way it was delivered to me. The website does not allow you to lodge a complaint or negative review either. Should have bought from platypus or JD instead of converse.

Perfect customer service

I have purchased a pair of Chuck Taylor All Star Canvas for my daughter last week. After I completed the payment, I realized that there was a 20% off vaucher that I did not use. I called the customer service the next day and told about the situation. They asked me to provide the screenshot of the vaucher and immediately send back %20 to my bank account. I am very happy for the purchase and their support afterwards.

Bought 4 pairs of shoes and express…

Bought 4 pairs of shoes and express delivery said 1-2 days, it's day 3 now and I've missed out on what I was going to use it for. I really wish I could return these and get my money back, don't buy online guys this service is unacceptable, they have basically lied straight to my face for extra money and didn't give me what I paid for.

Website does not work

Website does not work. tried ordering over a dozen times with 3 different forms of payment. all declined with no reason. tried customer support who did nothing. told me to try from a different PC which didnt work and then tried to make me give them all my personal info over the phone. can't do it. lost a sale and a customer.

Hoping yo get a good Friday deal on pair of converse only to be hit with a £15 delivery fee at checkout what a waste of my time. I'm in northern ireland which to my knowledge is still part of the UK so why am I not entitled to to free post like everyone else

Ordering system is the terrible had…

Ordering system is the terrible had order cancelled 3 times because of the billing address, contacted customer service changed it as instructed twice and system changed it back to the same error twice. Customer service say that nothing can be done once order is cancelled even though its the billing address not delivery which is causing the error.

I give up even with the 40 percent off I won't be back.
