I would give 0 stars if I could been…

I would give 0 stars if I could been waiting over 7 weeks for my customised trainers for my wedding. States 3-4 weeks for delivery. Called to the worst customer service to be told supposedly they have been damaged in transit. This was a total lie as I didn't even get a dispatched notice and when I go on my account it states in process still. The lady was so unhelpful couldn't even give me an update on how long they will now take and just repeated she will put the order through again. Well if they were damaged as u stated why was they not automatically remade and sent. Basically if I never called u would have kept my money and not made my trainers as no contact was made to inform what supposedly happened. They were obviously made customised for my wedding day. Absolutely disgusted from the straight out lies and service will never order from here again

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. I received only 1 pair so I called to check. The custom pair was running late and I was told (and website showed) delivery will be 11/13/24. I reached out to check on this again after receiving a refund email for returning my custom order that never canceled! I was told UPS couldn't deliver so they returned item. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I got the first pair. All lies. I was not offered any discount to reorder or offered free shipping. The again totally unempathetic and stuck to.a script. DONT ORDER from main website. Your better off going to Amazon or in a store that sells them. A total disappointment and waste of my time!

Discrimination!!

I found a deal on some shoes,in the sale, so purchased them. The entire sale went through and I received the confirmation email with all details including the delivery address. I then forwarded the link to 4 other friends all of whom have very English names, unlike myself. All of them have had a confirmation of shipping email,whereas mine was cancelled. I contacted customer service as my sister had also had hers cancelled. They claimed that this was a "technical" issue due to the address being incorrect and to reorder. They knew full well that the shoes were out of stock but literally made me jump through hoops! They refused to acknowledge any discrimination or apologise, instead making me feel like my feelings were not valid. The customer service we useless. This was a blatant act of discrimination from a bunch of bigots hiding behind a screen. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They refused any solution or alternative products. Absolutely disgraceful that this is allowed by a global brand.

The worst customer service I’ve…

The worst customer service I’ve experienced.
Suprised that company of this size uses such aggressive/profit driven sales techniques to handle customer service issues.
I bought a pair of Isabel Marant collaboration hi tops. The glue on the sole failed - causing the front of the outer sole to come away entirely. I was at work at the time and had to hobble around like I was wearing clown shoes! I was offered a 15% promo code on a future purchase to keep the faulty shoes and fix at my own cost! 🫢
I’ve returned these and they were received on the 7th. I’ve chased the refund last week and the response was unapologetic and dismissive. It’s now the 30th and still no refund. This feels utterly wrong and like I’ve been conned! I’m a very patient and fair person but this experience has riled me to say the least - I’ll never buy from the brand again.

I would give them a zero if I could

I would give them a zero if I could. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m appalled at how badly they treated us not to mentioned they wasted our money having to pay out of pocket for shipping. Don’t waste your money.

Converse you suck!!!!! Your company is awful awful customer service. I will never buy another one of your products. You should take a lesson from Nikey!

Absolutely love Run Star… HATE the website

I absolutely love shoes. The run star hike has saved my life more than a few times. I have horrible, horrible, spinal issues and shockingly enough. They are the only shoes that I can work and walk and actually hiking without severe pain….. I have advocated friends and family. However…. The website is absolutely trash. The customer service is absolute trash. I have tried to purchase and failed at least a dozen times if not more just within the past year I use multiple devices I clear my cookies and my cachet and for some reason it doesn’t like to open it deletes my cart. It refuses my credit card payments. I cannot tell you how many times it’s refused my credit card over and over and over and over and over again different ones, I used different credit cards two months ago …. And when I asked customer service about it, they told me to do the same stuff I was already doing. They didn’t offer me any sort of discount. Any sort of help facilitating was shocked.
I’m the type of person that if I really like a product, I will most likely not only buy it for myself, but I will buy it for every single person that I know simply for how much pain it’s saved. But honestly I’m starting to go elsewhere for them now.
I’m not kidding when I said it has been dozens and dozens of times switching from my computer to my phone to my mom‘s phone. It Delete my cart, completely completely completely even when I saved the cookies and cachet when I’m searching instead of going back to the spot where I left off, it goes all the way back to the freaking beginning.
I have wasted so many hours on my website it’s trash.
I absolutely love the certain type of shoes and I have genuinely advocated for it and I’ve gotten probably 10 pair in the past year. But this last time I tried to purchase I’ve just had enough. I’m not doing this anymore. It wouldn’t even let me anyways

A scam?

I still can’t tell if this website is a scam. It’s been 10 days since my payment was processed in USD, but from Hong Kong (meanwhile, I’m in Europe). Still no purchase confirmation, or shipping information.

Converse "Bait and Switch" Marketing

I went to the website converse.com to look at shoes, I was offered a 20% discount for signing up for their news letter so I did, I built the shoes I was interested in and then put in the coupon code only to be told I do not qualify?? I received an email later that day from Converse saying I would get a 25% discount on an order placed in my Birthday month, that did not work either. I called their Customer Service in Spain on +34931790527 only to be told that because I wanted to order a custom shoe none of the discounts are applicable!! What a scam Converse!!! Why treat your customers like that? Not a good experience. Looking at others now as Converse are Not the company I though they were.

The customer service is HORRIBLE!!

The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I order my shoes and I realized that I forgot to add the apartment number, so I can asked if they could change on their system since my order was less than 24 hours. They said that they cannot add anything and I needed to cancel my order, so I could re-order. They confirmed that my order was canceled. Few hours later, I called again to confirm the cancelation and another customer said that the order wasn't canceled and there is nothing they can do at this point because the time to 'fix' passed.
What?!?!!!?
Not buying anything from the site again!

Awful.

Ordered a pair of size 9 red tops. Received size 5 high top in black. Have to send them back. Get a refund then order the ones I wanted again. No thanks. I am off to a shop. Telephone agent could not give two hoots about rectifying their fault.

avoid purchase

i've ordered on 31/07/2024 and no shoes and a lot of emails with late answers from converse.com and no resolution at all as of today, payment was pending untill 16/08/2024 , then cancelled and funds returned. Probably scam. Converse never more

Ordered a pair of high tops and never…

Ordered a pair of high tops and never received them! Waited two weeks before contacting converse who said there was a technical issue and gave me a refund. I reordered the shoes and the same thing happened! This time, I had an email to say they were with the courier but, then a week later, another email to say they had been lost.

Ive had a look at other reviews and this seems to be a common theme! Its like they never actually send the shoes out!

Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Placed an order on the 23rd received an update advising it was ready to be shipped on the 24th to only get an email today to say there's a technical issue ?

I paid for express delivery 12 pounds I called customer service the man was very unhelpful insisted to speak with a manager apparently they don't have one I can speak too.

He then told me he couldn't log my complaint and advised to send an email ?!

I ordered these for my daughters birthday, I paid express delivery due to going away this weekend and needing them before hand and now they can't even advise me when I will get my order.

Avoid at all costs considering this is converse directly the customer service and experience has been nothing but stressful I've now got a very upset little girl!!!!

Do not buy Converse worst for your feet

Do not buy Converse, bad for feet and cause long term damage by bending your toes the wrong shape overtime. Trash shoes, they fall apart less than a year and made my feet smell like rubber and give blisters and the inside of them are very uncomfortable broke my ankle and knee issues I have now and bad for joints from the flat soles bumping on the ground gives your feet a shock. must ban them for good.

Misleading return policy

The site mentions they offer "free returns on replacement orders" in the return policy but what this actually means is you are paying to return your purchase. Of course you can re-order (since they don't offer exchanges) with their regular free shipping offer. This policy appears to be purposefully misleading and they hide this information until after you receive your purchase.

Lesson learned.

I ordered a customised product from Converse. On the day of delivery, I received an email saying they needed more info, as the package was damaged. I gave that, then they wanted £0.23p for re delivery which set off alarm bells. I rang Converse, tried speaking with Mathias, explained that I could not track the package and he kept saying it worked for him. Then just kept insisting it was my phone and I should try using a computer. Talk about not listening. Yes it was a fraud, (as I contacted UPS in the states who funnily enough, we're really helpful). The call cost a bit but I guess you get what you pay for. Fifth and last order from Converse. Order no:34113041
