Ordered a pair of beige chelsea shoes for 140 bucks that is suppose to increase height by 2.5 inches. Shoes came already had a "glue" stain on both shoes. The quality of the shoes is very mediocre. The suede material feels very cheap and the increase height itself is a mere "height insole" that you could probably purchase for 15-20 bucks on Amazon. The shoes itself has a quality of regular Aliexpress/Temu/Alibaba products. For a 140 bucks worth of shoes, this is not good at all. Not even comparable to something like Nike or Adidas. I'd rather put another 100 dollar and buy Dr Marten's chelsea boots anyday. I was just trying them after watching IG ads and Im sad with their quality and the glue stain. It seems like they dropshipped the items from Chinese Market to their warehouse where they mass produce the height insoles cheaper and put it into the shoes. I thought the insoles are gonna be together with the shoes (stick or made within the bottom part of the shoes) but turns out it was just a mere height soles you can get in any online market. Guessing their modal for a pair of shoes, they probably only spend around 40-60 dollars max for each pair of shoes. Im fine with 140 but the quality isnt there for a 140 bucks shoes.

Sophie helped me with everything annd initially gave me an option to keep the shoes and give me a store credit to buy another one for free. I refused because I just wanted to refund. But after knowing their complicated return process (not as simple as Amazon drop by), I reverted back to the option given before, however she no longer gave the option for it.

I'm definitely not going back nor recommend anyone getting this brand. Might as well spend more cash to get quality pair of shoes. I have more than 20 pairs and so far this is the worst experience and waste of time. Be careful.

Conzuri just plain delivers. I have shoes for weddings, dates, adventures, and even the gym. Their customer service is top notch and they truly care about a great experience and quality materials. Very comfortable as well, 10/10 company.

I have purchase a number of shoes in the past and they are great quality/comfortable and stylish. I recently received an email for a 24 hour promotion and for some reason the link expired earlier than expected. I wrote customer service and they responded immediately. They were able to honor the promotion. In this age it’s very hard to get good customer service but Conzuri came through !!

So I ordered 2 pairs of shoes I emailed conzuri and was assured both pair would be delivered I only received 1 pair of shoes these shoes are expensive so I was expecting both pairs. Please send my shoes soon or refund me.

I placed an order for two pair of shoes and from the beginning it was messed up because of an incorrect address (my mistake). From start to finish, they stuck with me to make everything right, including three separate shipments. Chloe, the service team member, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and received my order. I will definitely be ordering more and I can’t speak highly enough about this company’s dedicated customer service department. Great shoes, and great service!

First of all, the product is awesome! I ordered Brixton leather boots. The fit is exactly as noted and they are very comfortable. I will definitely recommend. But, the customer service is why I’ll go to Conzuri again. A real person walked me through the order, packing and shipping. They really care about their products and customers. Sophie was great to work with.
