The shoes are as described, but...

- They're overpriced.
- They're made in China and shipped from China so delivery is very long. No indication on product page that this is the case.
- The quality of the product does not match the price. The trainers feel like paper, quality you would get from Temu or Shein.
- The height boost is not built into the trainer, you can take it in and out as you please. They're an addon piece, which you can buy online for £5.

Honestly, if you're looking for a height boost, just buy the add-on pieces for £5 and use your existing trainers.

I ordered shoes in August 2024, I didn’t receive them they were£102.00, so was upset.

The customer care team sent me a picture of my delivery, I confirmed it was my house but objected that the courier left them on my doorstep, my house is very private and secure so the issue is clearly with the courier.

The customer care team have been excellent, although it has taken almost a year, they are resending my shoes but I had to pay the carriage which I was happy with.

Shout out to Sophie and Chloe from customer care team, thank you for trusting me and for staying with me.

Very poor quality cheap material shoes at a premium price. For £125 I at least expected leather but these are well below the quality.

Shoes are so comfortable and so sleek! Would buy for all the short kings! 10-10.

My husband has another pair of Conzuri shoes, and we keep coming back for more! He’s on the shorter side, and I love being able to wear heels when we go out—so these shoes are the perfect win-win. I accidentally ordered the wrong size for his wedding shoes (my fault!), but the team was so kind and accommodating. Their customer service is as great as their shoes.

I am 5'9 and saw these advertised so eventually decided to try.
I ordered over 2 weeks ago but nothing has came. I reached out to Conzuri but got no response.
It says they have UK warehouses with a 5-10 day wait time but I think it's obvious this is coming via airmail from China.

I decided to go check their social media to see if it looked active. Only to see a lot of disrespectful posts making fun of their target audience. Things like a midget trying them on and becoming 6 foot tall. Or a guy on his knees with his knees in his shoes waddling around pretending to be small until he gets the shoes. Or a tiny person sat on a giant chair.
These posts making fun of their own client base basically confirmed to me that this company does not care about it's customers.

I'd also like to note, the amount of BLATANTLY fake positive reviews on here. All these unrealistic reviews from accounts with only that 1 single review that are obvious attempts at counteracting the genuine negative reviews.

Poor customer service, exceptionally long delivery wait (if it even turns up), disrespectful social media account, fake reviews. AVOID!!!!!

**UPDATE**
Conzuri never got back to my email so I raised a PayPal dispute. Conzuri's customer service is SO BAD that they didn't even respond to PayPal which resulted in PayPal ruling in my favour and refunding me.

So then, the trainers actually turned up! 4 weeks after ordering! The box was cheap and battered. The trainers are just cheap Chinese trainers worth no more than £15 with a lift insole added. The same insole you can buy for £5 anywhere and add to your normal trainers. So yeah, a complete scam....

I am willing to return at the companies cost, but I doubt they'll pay it as postage is probably around the same cost as the actual product.

Reached out to customer service and not only are We being sent a replacement but were offered a 50% credit for Our next order. Currently waiting for the order to come in and plotting on the next pair if all goes well. But the custumer support team has been so communicative and accomadating.
