Overseas buyer beware!
Overseas buyer beware. Coogan London forces their consumers to foot the return costs of over 50 dollars on a 120 dollar shoe. It is in their website's finer print. Nevertheless why even bother selling to customers overseas? It's in very bad faith when clothing companies stick their own consumers with ridiculously high return costs. Do NOT fall for how "pretty" the shoe looks online. The shoe leather feels flimsy, cheap and synthetic. A size 41 or American 8 fits more like a size 42.5/ American 9 and half. They are very long and very wide with nor support and very uncomfortable. Cheap! Do NOT purchase a pair unless you size way down and are positive you want them due to their unfair business practice of forces consumers to PAY FOR THEIR COMPANY'S misleading sizes and poor quality. I repeat do NOT buy from Coogan London Shoes!
Great service, lovely pair of shoes
Ordered without issue but I made a mistake. A quick email and received a response within minutes. Delivered when said and they look and fit perfectly. I’ll definitively be using again,

I bought a pair of the Holburn shoes ,they looked smart, however upon trying them on ,I wasn't impressed.
There's a ridge within the shoe across the top of the toe, which is quite defined, therefore making them very uncomfortable to wear...and I have to pay to send them back!!!

Brilliant customer service and great delivery time with good product.
Nice to have a company that puts the customer first.
Thanks Coogan London
Bought numerous pairs
I have bought numerous pairs of shoes and they are all great. One pair was a bit narrow but I have worn them regularly and now they are comfortable. Shoes well made and with unique designs.
Unique styles, quick delivery and a comfortable fit.
I have purchased several pairs of shoes from this website. Unique styles, quick delivery and a comfortable fit. Customer service is also good - twice I have ordered and wanted to cancel or change for an alternative and they were helpful and courteous. Very highly recommended
Refund still given over 30 days
Some personal issues meant time got away from me and I didn't try my new size 9 shoes on for more than 30 days. Unfortunately, although I loved the look and the apparent high quality they did not fit, which is a big shame. I contacted websales and spoke to the incredibly helpful Julie who thankfully agreed to a full refund (minus postage and packaging which the customer sadly usually has to pay for within their policy - £14 for me but I'm sure a bit less is possible if you choose cheaper packaging). I again was unable to return the shoes straight away and asked if I could still return these a further week later, which was again agreed by Julie. When I eventually returned these shoes weeks after the 30 days stated within Coogans policy they still kindly approved the full refund.
It's a shame the shoes didn't fit as they would have had me as a regular customer - the shoes looked brilliant and their customer service was certainly very good in that I understand they could have denied me a refund altogether.
sizing incorrect and not very comfortable.
Purchased my normal size 10 which have been for over 40 years. Shoes were way too big. Returned for a smaller size (at my own cost). Received replacement shoes and they do fit but are not the most comfortable shoes ever bought. They feel as if the back of the shoe is too low and could walk out of them. Cannot be bothered with the cost of returning again so will keep them. They look good but are obviously made very cheaply.
Avoidable nuisance spoils otherwise good product.
I've just bought a pair of Chelsea boots. They fit fine and are comfortable and smart. The one really irritating thing is the loop at the top/back of each boot: it isn't big enough for a finger to go through, so pulling them on is far more awkward than it need be, especially as I've recently had a hip replacement. Why add the loop at all if it serves no functional purpose?
I have bought 4 or 5 pairs of shoes…
I have bought 4 or 5 pairs of shoes from Coogan, I especially love the fit and the different coloured soles. I would be giving a 5-Star rating, but since the website has changed (which by the way looks good, I used to always buy via my smartphone) the range has contracted. What has happened to the blue soled boots and Chelsea boots and the navy shoes with orange soles?
I used to buy Coogans shoes all the…
I used to buy Coogans shoes all the time, several pairs a year. The fit was great and I felt the prices were ok.
I need a couple of pairs of shoes now, and yes, the prices have gone up, but I suppose nothing stays the same - although I think the quick rise from £45 to £59 is a bit much. However, what really has upset me is there is never any shoes in my size anymore. Not only have they gone European on the website, but there is never a size 11 in the styles I want.
Sorry Coogans, I think you have lost a regular!

I bought some suede deserts and they fit and look fab. After a few months I had a stitch that came loose at the back but contacted them with an image and Julie in customer services offered to send me a replacement with no quibbles. Awesome customer service thanks very much!
The most uncomfortable shoes in the history of the world
Feet cut up in ways you wouldn't believe after the first time of wearing. Had to take them off within half an hour. Avoid!
5 pairs and counting so far.

Have tan brogues with blue soles, first pair I bought and have worn for several years and sole just starting to wear through, most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. Imitation Dainite pattern sole.
Black brogues with black sole, super comfortable not the best for polishing to a gloss but when need black and standing walking involved always wear. Imitation Dainite pattern sole.
Tan semi brogue with beige sole, good but not as much as this with Imitation Dainite pattern sole. These have a rough type sole.
Blue suede semi brought, beige sole. Slightly tighter fit at first but shoe stretcher soon sorted and comfy. As before These have a rough type sole.
Grey suede brogue with red imitation Dainite sole. Comfy.
Just ordered brogue ox look boots as such a good price (£24!!).
For the price they can’t be beaten and the sole especially the Dainite lookalike as very comfortable Indeed. Often have buy one get another half price deal too.
Delivery free and quick, never had an issue and very pleased
Great shoes...well impressed with price…
Great shoes...well impressed with price and quality 😀 will shop again soon
They refuse to compensate
They sent a pair where the size label was manually tampered. The pair was obviously far too big, but they refused to refund as 30 days had passed.
Got independent external opinion confirming my view and now they are not even replying to my emails, so will have to file this case in small claims court.
Love Coogan shoes and boots
Love Coogan shoes and boots. Just bought 4th pair this year. Love the choice. Affordable and something that bit different. Keep the new designs coming.
Coogan fan
I have bought 7 pairs of Coogan shoes over last few years. Great value for excellent quality product. Always delivered promptly. Top class.
