While I like the food I have been stuck with 2 missed deliveries and ever changing ETAs. While they do a decent job preparing and packaging but that last mile (courier) is lacking and it appears that the schedule is for the convenience of the couriers.

Excellent in every way.
Excellent range of quality products in a well set out environment. Friendly staff. Had the Apricot, Almond dessert, which was delicious. Love the Macaroni cheese which has no onion, I have an intolerance to onion. Just wish there were more dishes without it!I

Utterly delicious food
I have bought a couple of desserts from my local Cook shop. A berry cheesecake I had had before and found utterly delicious and some lemon tarts. The tarts were divine too. I love Cook food, I’m very fortunate (or terribly unlucky, depending how you look at it) to have one of their shops within walking distance. I love cooking so I don’t buy a lot, but what I have tried has been outstanding.

Great food from Cook
Great food from Cook. The pots are particularly liked & size wise just right for my appetite on many days. Only 6 minutes in the microwave to cook the frozen meal which is fantastic. The meals are delivered when requested by a friendly driver who always lets me know what time he will arrive. All in all a great service.

Found a new shop in Morpeth today, really the best curry I have ever had! Lamb Dorpiaza tender tasty sauce, Chicken tikka masala really creamy sauce, best nan I have cooked! We will be back, better than any takeaway! Worth every penny.

I loved the veg lasagna& chicken & leek…
I loved the veg lasagna& chicken & leek pie, both I’ve had before. However sadly the Thai prawn curry was more like a soup, nice flavour but very thin sauce, I had to eat it with a spoon, and the haddock gratin had more hard cubes of potato than fish, unfortunately disappointing.
