I ordered a wood map in oak, and after waiting for some weeks, I received the map in a wrong color which is dark walnut. It’s a completely another product they sell on there website.

I send the pictures and documentation to them an explained the problem, and there answer was “there is variation in the wood”.

In the end they offer me sending a light version (what I actually ordered and payed for), if I send the wrong product back. But they don’t want to pay for the return shipping, even when it’s there fault.

The product is good, but not what I ordered. They don’t offer a respectful service or solution, when the product actually is expensive.

When a problem occured the cool-mania team was there to resolve it!

Two weeks ago, I ordered a product from your site that I chose with a "cash on delivery" service because it was an option. I received a request number and confirmation, but after 10 days there was still no shipment. So I contacted you back and it turned out that the shipment was not sent at all, because the amount is large and you want to prepay by credit card. Therefore, my recommendation is to make sure that you do not mislead the customer with information and option and to give faster and proactive feedback on what is happening. But despite all this, I would like to express my special thanks to Ing. Mario Bruchanik, who responded extremely quickly, apologized and did his best to get the shipment to us very quickly after we paid by credit card. All the time, he gave very precise and adequate feedback and helped a lot to get this gift in time for the Christmas holidays. We received it today - THANK YOU, MARIO! I have been ordering from this site for several years (from 2013). Great service and support, always very helpfull when need answering my questins regarding products. Shipping takes few days so you have to be patient but order was always delivered (also during pandemic times). So BIG UP from me to this seller and shop.

I was looking for N99 (FFP3) masks and found out this web shop. They offer a mask for 30 USD and claim the mask is FFP3 rated.
Actually this mask cost 2-3 USD, imported from China and there is no certificate to support claims.
What is interesting is that this mask is offered only for Croatian and Slovenian market. They probably expect to have no legal consequences. They are reported to authorities and we shall see.
