Gf bought brand new OG supermatics in Heather colour. it came pretty quickly and we were excited, only to find out it WASNT brand new like we paid for.

1. Highback adjustment lever is broken and cracked
2. baseplate has clear wear from boots entering and exiting the bindings (i KNOW this because i have had supermatics for a while and noticed the wear in that exact spot on mine)
3. scratches on ratchets (some green residue rubbed off on one of the scratches too)
4. cosmetic wear all over the bindings.

These were supposed to be BRAND NEW bindings.

we emailed them and they claimed it was “shipping” damage.
I KNOW it’s not shipping damage as the damages are only in spots that come from heavy use/careless handling.

We bought new bindings, we expected new bindings. we looked for this exact colour everywhere.

I met with Martin in the Oakville store today, he was awesome. He took the time to make sure the equipment I had purchased fit the way it needed to be. It required him cutting a piece of foam to add to my foot for heat molding to make sure the fit was perfect. He then helped swap out bindings I was having issues with. I was in an out in an hour but all of my concerns were heard and addressed.

I recently made a very large purchase from Corbetts. They're based in Canada and I live in the US, in case that helps anyone. I paid no shipping and despite it being over $800, they covered the duties (I cannot confirm that they always will, but I emailed them to ask prior to ordering). Everything arrived brand new and in great condition. The pricing was much better than in the US -and- it was in CAD and not USD, on top of it all. Will definitely buy from again!

Staff is curt and rude

We purchased a kids snowboard and binding set from them at a ski swap for our grandchild only to find out that the bindings were too large for a child and hanging off the snowboard. We called them and they were unwilling to correct the fact that the bindings were totally inappropriate for an 80 cm snowboard. We feel that they do not have a retail conscience.

Got an amazing price on backcountry skis.
They were 900CAD and I got them on Corbetts for 572CAD. Delivery was fast through fedex and skis arrived in brand new condition.

Over the pandemic I have taken up skiing and Corbetts has become my go-to retailer. Reasonable prices and budget-friendly sales, speedy delivery and excellent customer (person to person) service when necessary. Devon has been a pleasure to deal with over the years. I have now spent thousands of dollars on ski equipment for my family and most of it at Corbetts.

Bought ski boots from this site. Pricing was very competitive. Communication was good and my order arrived very close to the stated delivery state which is remarkable given the covid situation and the fact that I am based down under. Highly recommend and would purchase from this company again.

As usual it's customer service that makes or breaks an online business and these guys have it nailed. I paid a fortune for overnight shipping as I was going on vacation and realized that because the order was made in the evening the shipment would not be delivered on time. I called the shop and Chris who answered went way out of his way to help out to make it work. Not sure if it will arrive on time but they deserve the 5 stars for the effort and the absolutely amazing attitude. Likely the nicest guy I've dealt with in customer service ever. If you have a chance shop with these guys.

Corbetts have great prices and great customer service.
