Wow, what a great company. Really fast to ship, packaged really nicely. I phoned the shop and the girl on the phone was lovely and happy to help with my questions. This is our second purchase and will be back again for sure. My daughter collects teddy bear and this will definitely be our go to shop. Thank you for looking after our orders

I ordered a Charlie Bear from here and couldn’t fault the service! I was cautious of the website at first but after reading other reviews I placed an order. Stace emailed me to let me know when she’d be posting. The bear was packaged well and arrived quickly. Really happy with my purchase

A new release Charlie Bear I wanted for a Christmas gift had a late release.
Corfe Bears provided excellent and immediate communication and went above and beyond to get it to me by today before Christmas: express 24hr shipping and no extra charge.
Another reason amazing thing was that unlike most retailers, they didn’t even ask for a deposit to secure the bear for me before it arrived in stock.

I found this website when searching for a specific Jellycat toy which was sold out nearly everywhere.
Even though it wasn’t listed on the Corfebears website itself, I was able to add to my basket and purchase through the search engine link.
Like others I was a little wary of the dated website, but the whole transaction was seamless and Stacey emailed me to let me know when the item was despatched. I ordered on the Monday and received on the Thursday the week before Christmas which I thought was impressive!
I’d never heard of the shop beforehand and as we don’t live too far away we are hoping to pay it a visit in the flesh in the future!

Gutted they wouldn't send me photos of a bear I wanted to purchase as they have 2 in stock .Being a charlie bear collector I feel I need to choose the bear when there is a choice of a few .

Just to echo what others have said, don't be put off by the old school website. My order was a great price, it arrived extremely quickly, despite it being very close to Christmas, and was very well packed.

I discovered this site through a very long google search for a particular Jellycat dog that was out of stock most places. As the website is quite old fashioned and I couldn't find the dog when I browsed through their online catalogue (it only showed up through the Google search) I wasn't sure if the site was legit / the toy was really in stock (as I was burnt recently by a scam site). I took a chance and was delighted!
Great service (dispatch email confirmation) and arrived well wrapped. Also free shipping on orders over £15, which no other company does! Will happily shop there again.

I am very sorry to have to do this, but I have had a less than happy experience recently. I have always found their customer service to be exemplary, but I recently tried to place an order, only for the website to say it did not recognise my password. I tried again to get the same message, so I sent a request for a password reset. Silence. I tried this three times and got no response. So, I tried sending an email. More than a week on I have still not received a response either to my reset password request or my email. Regretfully I took my order elsewhere! As busy as they may be at this time of year I am sure they cannot afford to loose business.

We every year apart from through pandemic we come to Dorset and whilst in our very happy place we do always come to Swanage. And whilst there it would not be complete without a trip to CORFE BEARS shop. Love this shop and as an arctifile (Teddy bear enthusiast) 🧸 it's like heaven to me and I'm a big kid 😄
The shop is joy to step into and the owner/staff are most generous kind and sweet and helpful beyond words.. I cannot rate highly enough thankyou as akways for such implicitly excellent service HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

Ordered a bear (Well a fox) as a Christmas present, post was fast and free the bear was well packed and arrived very quickly, would not hesitate to purchase from this company again,

I have bought from Corfe Bears on numerous occasions. They have always been spot on; with payment, secure packaging, fast delivery, and even when I was a pain and wanted to exchange there was no problems.

Very happy to recommend, and will be my first choice next time I feel the itch!
