I ordered a shirt from this site after winning a give away in August of 2022. However, after inputting the gift card there was still a fair sum left to pay, including shipping. I downloaded the shop app as advised by the site to track my order. I never received this package. I have sent multiple emails and even tried to contact them on social media but have received nothing back. As well as this, I wanted to leave a review on their site, I had no insight to the quality of the clothes but wanted to make a complaint. There is no complaints process. There is also no way for buyers who do not work with the company to leave reviews. This shows that Cornerveis only cares about those they’re partnered with. Every other customer gets scammed and ignored. Do not buy from here, you won’t get your package, an answer back or a refund. Useless.

Just like other people, my package never delivered and never responded to my email and dms. I really hope one day they at least refund, but doesn't seem likely. And I have no way to get my money back. This company sucks, avoid at all cost.

I received a $20 off discount August 2022. It’s already 2023 and it still was never shipped out. Total scam. They rebranded to Softsheofficial on IG and they claim that Cornerveis went bankrupt. I wouldn’t ever buy from them not after what happened. Softsheofficial website has exact same products as Cornerveis which is suspicious. However, the company Cornerveis was in process of bankruptcy without communicating it and now many persons like me are robbed of our money. Also, the emails I sent asking for refund were never responded to, so they lied on their website about having integrity. The fact that Cornerveis website is still on the internet is fraud/scam.

Won a giveaway back in August for their “Back to School giveaway”, I felt sketchy but hopeful about buying so I bought something worth $30, however it’s been well over three months, haven’t received anything. Contacted the company through email and IG and received no response since they seem to be inactive and I can’t get my money back because it’s too late for the bank to refund. Went back on IG to try and contact them again and saw that they rebranded to SOFTSHES OFFICIAL on IG and changed their website to SOFTSHES.COM.
Please don’t fall for their scam as I did, I hate that I’m not the only one who has been scammed through this giveaway. Never again.

I'm so glad, yet sorry, to see that I'm not the only one experiencing the same issue ! I won a giveaway back in August for the $20 off coupon, but have not seen my package nor have heard of a status update on it. It's $80 worth of money down the drain for a seemingly sham company.

Don't order from Cornerveis, ordered back in August when I won a 20% coupon package never arrived, my guess is they stopped working because all their social media is inactive and hasn't had updates since August 2022. I don't why they haven't taken down their website as well.

NEVER buy from cornerveis, i won a giveaway on my instagram and ordered using the gift card I won but the items never arrived and any attempt to contact cornerveis was completley ignored. Scammers and fakes who just want to steal your money and then ignore you. Dont lose your money like me!

I placed my order back in July, its December now and I still haven't received my order. I've tried emailing them over the course of atleast 3 months now and I haven't gotten any response, not even a automated email reply.

I ordered my product in August, and it’s been 3 months and I haven’t received it. I won a $20 discount code and placed an order, but I never would’ve thought it will take this long :(( It seems others on this site have been having trouble with orders placed in the same month as well. I wonder what’s going on?

I ordered a dress in 15th of August and still haven't received it. Company refuses to answer emails and Instagram DMs. Can't comment on their posts on Instagram either.

I ordered last year received my package in a month. I ordered this year in august. It’s now November and I’ve emailed and tried to track and nothing. While before I ordered and did a review they even used my image.. now no response. They could be affected by the war atm but unsure as they have even turned off comment for their Instagram

I am really upset, I ordered back in August and my shipping status expired? I tried to email them no response, also no instagram response. I'm going to be taking this to my credit card company very soon. I don't want to have to blacklist this site, but if they are going to treat their customers like this then I'll have to.

I never received my items. They're a scam. I've tried to contact them 6 times with no avail. I just lost $40.

I purchased an order on July, I understand there could be some transport issues, but its already October and I haven't received anything. I emailed and sent messages via Instagram but there is no response. Comments on the Instagram is limited also. I'm not sure if I got scammed. I don't mind waiting for the reshipping or refund. BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE!!

I gotten a few wigs from them and I love them ! I’ve been really into spit color dyes lately but don’t want to do it to my hair , so their wigs are perfect for the job (for cosplay or just normal wear) 💜 Can’t wait to get more to add to my collection !

Really cute and colorful designs! The quality is medium but I think it’s worth it if you’re looking for affordable kawaii looks. My opinion is based on a PR video review I shared for the brand on my YouTube channel.

I already have three wigs from them and they never seem to disappoint! The long wigs give just enough to look realistic at times and really boosts the quality of my cosplays!
