Never received goods. No answer to emails. No telephone number. Receive a bounce back when you email saying someone will be in touch within 24 hours but nothing happens. Spent over £200 and yet to receive anything. Avoid !

I ordered 4 yes 4 corsets from this company …busy with work & life, my time ran over the ‘return policy’ I contacted their sales team (there is no phone number for customer service) only an email address …the corsets are too small all unworn with tags attached …they refused a refund and an exchange…

I’m left with these expensive Corsets!

Beautiful corsets and a decent range of sizes, and their customer service is superb - very quick to respond to emails and genuinely friendly and helpful advice. I will definitely order from this company again.

I have nothing but good things to say about Corset Story's quality and the customer support team. The sizing was a little off for me so I had to swap to a size down but one of the corsets was out of stock. I was able to pick an alternate option and they're on the way! The support team was 1. easy to get ahold of, 2. communicative and able to give direction on what to do, and 3. So helpful! They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.

The corsets themselves are fabulous (I was able to keep one that did fit), comfortable, and beautiful. They even include a sample of the boning used for the corset!

I ordered 4 items from them and found they were too big. I tried to use their "returns page" but clicking on this link gives me a "page not found" error on their website. I've emailed twice over a couple of days and nobody responded and I've used their chatbot which said they'd respond within 4 hours and they didn't.

This is going beyond poor service and looks like they are actively trying to avoid accepting returns. Buyer beware.

Excellent shop, very good customer service; quick to answer queries. I find that the corsets are very good quality too, packaging and delivery also excellent.

The site is really full of corsets for everyone's taste. The option to buy 5 for 1 is really a win! I love every description as it contains all the details needed when buying this type of goods.
The shipment is really slow. It took almost two months to receive my order but it worth it!!

Corset story have displayed fantastic customer service, they went above and beyond to accommodate an update to my order, and replaced a corset that had been unfortunately damaged in transit. Couldn't be more impressed with them.

You see so many flash-fashion and cheap corsets advertised online that it's hard to know who you can trust. I am So Happy that I took a chance on Corset Story. Not only do they have a wide range of sizes, but they have a variety of busk lengths. So, if you're short waisted and curvy like me, they have options for you. The corsets are good quality and range from lightweight to heavy-duty spring steel. I love to wear their cropped corset with straps under my 1940s/1950s styled clothing, and wear their waspie belts almost every day. So comfortable. And, if you catch one of their sales, So affordable. Even if you pay full price for them, you'll get good quality products for the price.

Wow, I've never come across such a lying, deceitful & contradictory company in my whole entire life. I've ran businesses and wouldn't even want to think of treating my customers the way this company treated me, my mother and my money.

So I ordered 5 corsets through their 5 for 1 deal that they have running currently. I ordered on Friday 10th June 2022. I paid £6.20 for DPD next day delivery. I ordered before 2:30PM because on their website it says & I quote: "Order before 2:30PM Monday to Friday for Next day delivery". I placed my order at 2:17PM
Now I'm a very patient person (until I hear lies...which I did) so I was completely fine with waiting till Monday to have my order delivered. Even though their website states that with "DPD Next day delivery, Saturday is included".
So Monday rolls around & I haven't received any shipping updates, a tracking number nothing. I download the shop and Route apps and both are useless. Shop says it hasn't even received a tracking number and Route is no use, just the same map of an industrial estate in Salt Lake City, UTAH, USA...(I thought this was a UK company, apparently not).
I send an email to the "Sales English" department, tell them what's happened and ask what's going on. The Sales person tells me & I quote "Your item is ready to be despatched either today or tomorrow" (So Monday the 13th or Tuesday 14th).
"The sales agent ALSO tells me this:
Your order has been received and we are working on getting it shipped out. Since our warehouse team does not work over the weekend, and you placed your order after 2pm, we were not able to despatch it then"
So tell me why on your website you say that you can order before 2:30 PM & DPD next day Delivery includes Saturday. But all of a sudden according to this person in sales you don't take order's placed before the PUBLIC STATED time. You're liars and incompetent.
I email them again on Tuesday at around 12:31PM because I was told my order would be despatched by then yet I still hadn't received an update or any shipping information. I'm then told: "Our warehouse team is working hard to make sure that all the orders with pre-orders are being sent out, and they are working their way through the list of orders." We all know this means "You're not getting your order" So this is where I lose all respect for this thieving company and patience for the liar behind that sales computer. So I ask for the order to be cancelled & my money refunded, if that poses an issue I'm going to watch dog. My mother relies on corsets for her herniated disk and I've shopped with this company before so I really recommended them like a fool. They've lost repeat business & money all for what?? Laziness and lying.

I bought a corset and now I own 15!!! These corsets are amazing. The quality is fantastic and the feeling of confidence I get when wearing them was unexpected but very addictive. They make you look incredible, not just for the bedroom, but for everyday wear. I never thought I'd be a corset fan, but thanks to Corset Story I'm now an addict. I'm a 45 year old mum and was a UK 32 but lost 14 Stones and am now a UK 14/12. You don't have to be a stick to show off your assets ladies. I should know, I've been both ends of the spectrum. I ordered Black Burlesque Underbust with Bullet Hip Gores. The delivery was quick. The corset size I ordered was small for me and I asked for a replacement. It was easy to contact the customer support, they were very friendly and helped me with my request. I got the replacement quickly. I am myself a fashion designer and I can say that their corsets are very good quality and very well made. I am one happy customer and I recommend corset story :)

I love the corsets I have gotten here. They are comfortable, fit well, and look great! The return policy is also super easy and hassle free for the occasional bad fit. Will buy more from here next time I want more corsets.

Absolutely amazing. I cannot fault them in any way. Not only do the corset look amazing but they are comfortable too. The quality is second to none and the style to choose from are endless. I have bought 5 corsets from Corset Story now and have been more than impressed every single time. The delivery is fast as well. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spice up their wardrobe.

I love the quality and variety of these corsets! The back panel is fairly large and there's a good length of lacing for each corset so you have a good amount of wiggle room on sizing. I have so many corsets now thanks to the constant deals they having going on too :D

My experience with the company is definitely awesome, there services are available all time and they provide smooth delivery on the appropriate time. And I love to make another look to there products again, because there company is definitely awesome and impressive

I have returned three times for different corsets. The service has always been excellent even when there was a delay with one order I was kept informed.
I didn’t review straight away because I like to make sure that they last and stand up to wear and tear. To which I have to say they have and still do a year on from first shop I will be back .
