Couldn't Create an Account
I tried creating an account; but, repeatedly, the reCaptcha verification just spun, and declared a time-out, without ceasing to spin, so that each new attempt required closing the tab and starting from scratch.
I learned that this problem is fairly long-standing; but, still, I sent a screenshot to Cosmotown. I've received no reply; my understanding is that lack of responsiveness is also a long-standing problem.

Hello, I have a couple of domains purchased from cosmotown and pointed to two subdomains with another provider. It works perfectly with www.domainname but they do not point without the www, I raised a ticket several days ago for help and there is no response.

Not bad - I'd recommend
Not sure why they have negative reviews, but I've got no major complaints. Website is a little clunky (probably very junior developers), but it gets the job done. Won't beat their rates. No problem with service either.

Very bad payment method system
When i go for renew or transfer a domain they allow only paypal , only allow credit card when i renew it. this issue very harass me. they should allows all payment method on renew , transfer both.

One of the worst domain registration…
One of the worst domain registration platforms in the world.
The platform has a very, very bad control panel.
With just one click, they will delete your domain without sending any confirmation emails for the deletion.
When you contact them, they will say it's your mistake and ask you to pay $80 to recover the domain.
I have tried all domain registration platforms like Namecheap, GoDaddy, Dynadot, but honestly, I haven't found anything more foolish, worse, or weaker than this platform.
I don't know if the owners of this platform are amateurs or what.
A heartfelt piece of advice: do not register a domain on this platform, even if they offer it to you for $ 0.01 $

Another Cheap Domain Transfer for Another Year
I've done google domains, namescheap, name silo, and others and Cosmotown is just another yearof cheap before they jack up prices next year. I trust them to increase price and decrease value over time, This whole game is a total pain and a waste of time and money. And wasted time and money is the only way a lot of folks seem to make a living. Time to write better rules on this outdated clunky system. I resent all DNS ICAAN registry "services" so 3 stars is generous considering the annual extortion racket. Its like the DMV.
*** Having read the Cosmotown response to myself and others I think that subtracting a star from 3 to 2 would be more accurate. They would rather make excuses than improvement. A wasted effort here.**

That's how you can become the No.1 registrar because normally I won't recommend you to a friend cause of bad support.

Bad experience
I had requested to cancel my domains about 4 months ago because I faced the error in transferring. My case # 87434. You had canceled only 78 domains but I requested to cancel 100 Domains. 28 domains are pending yet. You did not solve this error and not cancel my remaining domains. Please solve my error and cancel my domains and refund my payment.
