Won £1900 2 days ago. Asked for id sent it off but you are saying utility bill doesn’t match address on costa, when clearly it does. Now closed my account and not replying to my emails!
This is so stressful!
I have replied to you, and will also be going to the gambling commission as I’ve sent my id and you still won’t pay!
Updated….after a week of going back and forth and sending lots of documents and complaining I eventually got my withdrawal.

It took me half an hour to get a very simple question how can. I have it removed. I had a series of statements which was obviously from a non English speaking person. Costa won't pay my winnings as my hubby payed by his PayPal. I have complained on trust pilot and they say they will or have contacted me, but never ever have and I won over £300 .
I have my own account but hubby gifted me some money on his PayPal, I won but they won't pay me as its my Husbands PayPal. He was just doing something nice for me as I am poorly .
Costa said Upon checking the account, the name on it and the name on the PayPal account are different, thus, it is considered as a Third Party method of payment. I didn't have my card and don't use PayPal. We have been married 3 years and we have had the same joint account for 15 years so can't see what is wrong.

I wish there was a 0 star rating. It’s been over a week no and still haven’t received my withdrawal request. I’ve sent them documents and passed the ID checks. They sent me an email saying the funds bounced back and now want to do bank transfer. I’ve sent yet another 2 emails and still awaiting for a response. They blocked my account without any notifications. I’m starting to think whether I’ll ever receive my money. I will be writing to the CEO and will take this further.

Been playing for a year played the same game and never have won any of the jackpots on that game.and on the bonus you only ever get 25 or 20 % win no matter what pig u pick so how do that work out.when I been on the bonus I have let others pick the pig and still same 25% so it's like 17 pound u win.you never get the 50 or 100 % now that's definitely a scam for a full year on same game
