Costco Kirkland drinking water in Southampton

Costco krikland water at Costco in Southampton is very salty and is very bad, they used to have good water from same company in the past but now water is very salty I don't recommend any one to buy water from Costco at this time until they changed.

Costco and Kinetic logistics total…

Costco initially responded with very much concern and raised the issue to a higher level by placing a customer services manager Mr Michael Dolby in charge of the case and he was tasked provide a solution.
In the near on 6 weeks of 2026 he has failed to contact me. I have been assured 3 times on phone calls to Costco Customer services that he would contact me by phone and that they were fully aware of all details of the case and they were very concerned about what had taken place.
Notes and messages have been sent to him by Costco customer services to ask why he has not contacted me.
Is Mr Michael Dolby a real person within Costco Customer services?
At present Costco are performing badly and are on par with the level of service that Kinetic Logistics gave.

Costco and Kinetic logistics total failure to deliver a costco sofa set.
They failed to deliver on the Pre-arranged date Friday 19th Dec quoting delays, they Rescheduled the delivery for Saturday 20th Dec between 7am and 10am, They failed to meet this rescheduled delivery and said that they were running between 2 and 3 hours late. They failed to meet the later delayed time slot and then advised that they would deliver but only with a 30min advisement sometime on Saturday 20th Dec. They failed to attempt any delivery and then advised that the delivery driver was ill and no attempt to deliver would be made. They then sent a text message stating that to ensure a pre Christmas delivery they would attempt a delivery on Sunday 21st Dec at 7am to 10am they stated that if no one was in at the property that they would leave the sofa with a neighbour or in a safe place outside the property.!! They made no statement about how they would provide the assembly service that was paid for with the delivery or how the sofa would find its way from a neighbour or safe place into our property. They did not respond to a return text about the unsuitable reschedule date or the stupid suggestions about leaving a sofa with a neighbour or in a safe place. The phone number from the mobile text was unrecognised when we tried to call it and the contact number on the delivery documentation and from the Internet also comes up as unrecognised, so they are uncontactable by phone. A complaint to Costco customer services proved that Kinetic logistics have no Proper customer services phone number as they had to fill in some sort of online form to get Kinetic logistics to do anything. Result at present is that we have no confirmation that the unsuitsble non agreed Sunday delivery attempt will take place and if they will leave the sofa outside or with a neighbour or wether they will deliver when somebody has agreed a date and time to be in or wether they will deliver the sofa before Christmas as this is a Christmas present for our son.
Kinetic logistics are a total disgrace snd Costco seem to be unable to control there behaviour.
I await a delivery advisement from Costco Customer Services when they get Kinetic Logistics to respond.
I also await a full compensation package and return of the delivery charges for the abysmal delivery service so far.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Costco took five months to refund £2,400 for a faulty Pilates reformer. Despite making five complaints, the case was passed to a complaints handler who never once returned calls or emails. Each time we chased, there was a different excuse — on holiday, on another call, etc. No follow-up ever happened.
We were left £2,400 out of pocket in the run-up to Christmas and had to chase the supplier and delivery company ourselves just to get our money back — through no fault of our own.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Completely unacceptable and I will never use Costco again.

The response below is hilarious, this is the whole point, no one in your Customer Services is dealing with it, hence my truthful review.

Whilst happy to visit the stores and…

Whilst happy to visit the stores and make purchases, I recently bought a Fridge Freezer online and upon delivery it was damaged. I contacted Costco straight away and was told I would get an offer of partial refund. 4 days later still nothing. I had to contact them again and was told they need more information. They had the report from delivery team including photos but that wasn’t good enough. I sent more pictures again and was told I would hear the next day. 2 days later I contacted them again and was told it hadn’t been processed. Tried giving them the same information again before finally getting it resolved.
It’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took a week to resolve along with 5hrs of trying contact them.
An absolute joke. I won’t be ordering anything online again

It's been impossible to contact Costco

It's been impossible to contact Costco. I have made online purchase, but items not arrived, with no updates. Tried to contact Costco through live chat - asking me to login member portal, despite entering correct password, it keeps saying an error occured - without being able to login, there is no chance to talk with a customer service team. Tried to call for nearly 30 minutes, without anyone answering the phone. It's just been terrible, and I still don't know where my parcel is!!!

Website won't deliver to my address

Website won't deliver to my address. I'm in Isle of Man. Royal Mail and Parcel force charge the same as GB. There's no customs or forms to complete so I don't understand the sudden change. Costco have delivered until very recently.

Absolutely rubbish ordered superking…

Absolutely rubbish ordered superking size bed. Receive a superking size base and headboard and a king size mattress.
Trying to sort it out was very hard. It's simple change mattresses at same time. Not take away new mattress before removing old mattress. Terrible customer service will never order Costco online again.
Previous day received double bed [separate order]. Drawer broke.
Held on call over 1 hour to get through only to be cut off.
Today wrong size mattress held on call over 1 hour.

Bernie based at Trafford Park Costco in the tyre warehouse dealt with me straightaway and checked all tyres and inflated as needed.
Lovely, lovely lady and extremely helpful, so I wanted to ensure that her customer service was exemplary was recognised by management.

Ordered two PCs during Black friday

Ordered two PCs during Black friday. Only one turned up. The HOURS I have spent in the customer services queue on hold. Nobody ever picks up, they don't call back when you press 1..so don't even bother. Going to have to try a charge back through my bank. £800 missing in the abyss.

Ordered a tv that was a gift for family and told will be delivered in 5 days, on the day if delivery get a message to re arrange due to some issues, re arranged the deliver which was another 10 days later and got a message today saying sorry your order has been cancelled. The worst online customer service experience ever.

If you buy online, you better hope it doesn't need to go back unless you take it to a warehouse. My advice is don't even try and call them, they are too busy and don't call back. I am not kidding, I love Costco, they're the best but their online customer service is simply the worst experience I have ever known bar none.

Horrific experience ordering a bed and mattress

I’m honestly shocked at how bad this whole experience has been.

I ordered a divan bed and mattress, and from the moment delivery arrived everything went wrong. The mattress wasn’t rolled or properly packaged, so it couldn’t be taken upstairs. The delivery team were also missing key parts needed to assemble the bed.

On top of that, the drawer was badly damaged with a huge rip across the front, and there was even a nail sticking through the base. During delivery they damaged my floor and walls, were clearly in a rush, and communication was very difficult as they spoke very limited English.

I’ve now called Costco twice and never received a call back. On my third call today, an agent confirmed that the photos I’d already sent hadn’t even been uploaded properly. I’ve now been told they refuse to replace the items and can only offer a refund after 10 days because I paid via PayPal.

The worst part is that I bought this during the Black Friday sale, so even with a refund I won’t be able to repurchase at the same price.

Absolutely furious with the service from start to finish.

Costco Online is extremely disappointing

Ist online order shocking experience, customer service is non existent. They just delay everything and have excessive phone call times to prevent you getting your order right.

2nd online order and I placed this on 1/12/25. I only did this as I had received a gesture of goodwill for the previous experience. The credit was only allowed online!! Since then received email from DPD saying they were waiting for parcel on 2/12 then nothing. I emailed customer service because after an hour on the phone and no answer I thought this would be the best option. Revived an email saying bare with us. Today I look at DPD and it's now saying item being sent back , what on earth is this company doing. For such a big company with a functional store system how can they not get their online platform right.
Hopefully someone will respond and actually do the customer service I expect.

Been I member for years stopped this year, bought 3 duralit frother, 1 of them stopped working a year ago,so phoned haydock branch manager Ian, and he said I have to renew membership which is £42 and get a refund on a frother for £47, which planet are these guys on???????
