BUYER BEWARE! If you try to return anything they will find a reason to not refund your money, such as 'human hair' on the costume. Yeah it's a polyester costume that you have to slip over your head to try on, polyester is a magnet for hair. They will come up with any reason not to refund your money. And that is After you have to pay to ship it back to them, so you lose the money that you paid for the costume + the money spent to ship it back to them. Total racket.

Horrible, horrible experience. Please don't waste your time and money ordering from this company. 3 days before Halloween and we find out they didn't ship my son's costume, never contacted it when they "couldn't find it" to ship and refused a full refund.

I was originally skeptical of this website but pleasantly surprised!

They emailed me confirmation, and emailed me when my item shipped. It was delivered on time! And the quality was very nice!! The costume was true to size as well.

I will say they could do a little better at product description because i felt like i was going out on a limb here. But it turned out to be just what I needed! I think what they need is more costumers that leave more reviews and this site would come accross more legit. There just wasn't alot of info on it. & I did not see anywhere where i could leave a review on their website! That would be helpful. But overall I had a wonderful experience with CostumePub!

My young daughter bought a space helmet for her among us halloween costume. It came broken in half. Costumepubs customer service is horrible as they won't refund, return or replace. This company steals from children and breaks their hearts.
