I've bought two IKEA Karlstad with chaise covers and a Nockeby footstool cover from Cover Couch over the years and all have been great quality, fit perfectly and the fabrics have been enduring which is important as I have a dog. I'm buying a further cover shortly once I decide on the colour and fabric, so many to choose from it's difficult to decide 😂 Received all orders within 3 weeks too which is reasonable.
The cover does not match the product image at all.
In addition, the cover does not fit - the zipper can not be closed, the cover is not close to the armrests.
Customer service only provides information after repeated inquiries.
I strongly advise against the purchase.

Frankly, I had a lot of trouble about my order with this company (the cover didn't fit and they didn't seem to take it in that a bad performance guarantee is not the same thing as a resiliation). But in the end we have come to an understanding and they made repairs.
If you use their services, don't let them drive you off with their return policy if you have a quality complaint. In that case you are entitled by law for repairs or compensation.
