Cox-Robinson Reviews 

Rude and unhelpful staff. I went into Cox-Robinson in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes and the shop was quiet. The staff showed no inclination to serve me and when I asked a question, I found two members of staff quite rude. I definitely would not use this store again and will probably avoid Cox-Robinson in the future.

SouthBar Banbury. Been phoning all morning and not answering. Why bother to give a phone number if it's not used?

Been going in here for 15 year and staff used to be lovely. Last year or so there is rude lady with short greyish hair. Abrupt, loud and no manners what so ever! I thought pharmacy assistants were to be respectful and to talk in a friendly manner but this one shouts your problem all over the shop.. will be changing where I collect my prescription in future! Very sad as this used to be a lovely place.

Just changed to Peak Pharmacy at Farthing Grove, Milton Keynes last week and had medicine for both myself and my husband prescription sent there directly by my doctor.
It was due to be ready for collection on Thursday but before I could arrange for someone to collect it for me, it was delivered by one of their staff. I am a shielder and my husband is blind and I had not asked them to arrange this. So well done to the staff there - in this dreadful time we appreciate you delivering our medication. Thank you.

Just drove to pick up an urgent prescription before you close at 6pm, to find a note on the door to say you're reducing your hours because of Coronavirus so now closing at 5pm. Wish you had put something on your website. I'm in severe pain and now have to wait until tomorrow. I could have got there earlier if I had known this 😟

All the staff have been & are still doing a brilliant job, they are all trying their hardest to make it easier for everyone to get medications & be safe while doing so. My family, friends & I have had more accurate information & advice frm Peak Pharmacy than anywhere else, they are very helpful & doing it with a smile too! We should remember {while moaning in the que} that im sure they would much prefer to be at home with their own families, keeping themselves healthy & safe but instead they're at work, doing unpaid overtime to make sure we have our prescriptions, Although it doesn't surprise me as they have always been very helpful & kind & go out their way to help others!!!

Overpriced products, terrible return policies.

Use your local boots for better priced products and for a friendlier service.

I put in a prescription, paid £9. Only to find out that the medication is something I have plenty of. They didn’t tell me what the medication was.

As I had left the pharmacy, I was no longer illegible for a return.

I hope this company goes out of business.

Went to collect prescription from branch in Banbury by west Bar surgery yesterday. 1 hour wait for my prescription was just unbeliveable, the staff were run off their feet . When I asked why they said they had staff off sick and were running behind . The chemist was full of people waiting and the staff were running around like headless chickens . Not impressed , will take my prescription elsewhere next time .

Went to collect a prescription at 15:00hrs from the Olney branch of cox and Robinson, although advertising as to not closing until17:00hrs a lady met us at the front door and refused anyone entry because they were closed, anti- biotics were there awaiting collection but now can’t treat the infection. Absolutely disgraceful.

Floored by flu I couldn't get there to get my scripts ,...worried sick about it.,called them up and just asked could they please get them to me ,. I hadn't arranged it re the rule's. They are bringing them to me tomorrow ,. I'm very grateful and a big shout out to Anthony and all the staff there ,. All brilliant.. 10 stars from me.

The GP was absolutely amazing today, so helpful and kind.

Found an item at a good price! I had looked all over to find a replacement wallet. The manufacturer could not help But I got one here!

After searching the internet for competitive prices for the AlphaTrak test strips I came upon Cox-Robinson's website & found their prices beat the competition hands down. Will be buying future test strips from them, as long as the prices stay competitive..
