Took double from bank today on 2 occations carnt get on live chat noone answering phone and noone answering phone please dont use booty bingo they are scamers

Recently won £100 on Landmark bingo (part of the cozy games rip off franchise) and guess wot not eligable to withdraw, when asked on live help they said it was only bonus money- but quite happy to take my deposits, will never play on any of their sites again ( landmark bingo, eat sleep bingo, bingo anywhere and epic bingo). Please I implore anybody wanting to play bingo to try any different sites than these cos all you do is give them money they will find a way to weasel out of paying you any money that you have rightly won

This has to be the worst gaming experience ever. They tell you you've met wagering requirements then refuse to let you withdraw money because the wagering requirements are "estimates". Every time I have won on this site they ask for verification documents even though they've seen them lots of times before. Basically they change the rules to suit themselves, anything rather than pay out, now reporting them to the gambling commission.

Customer service is horrendous and like dealing with a den of vipers.
