Scam site. Placed an order on 31st July. Radio silence from the Company. Avoid at all costs.

A total scam, ordered an air fryer on 31st July and had email confirmation of my purchase. Then nothing for a 3 weeks. I tried calling- voicemail is full, I tried emailing- undeliverable, I tried on-site messaging- we are unable to respond to your message. Website then changed, PayPal payment removed. Shockingly poor. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal before scamjim removed it. Fortunately I managed to file a complaint with PayPal and got my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE as they just take your money and have no intention in sending purchases out.

Ordered a heater on 31st July, nothing received, no replies to emails, and no answers to phone calls. Apparently a total scam, and to my best personal view an online thief that should be shut down

Scam website. The email is fake and bounces back and they do not deliver the item I ordered.

This is definitely FRAUD! Do NOT purchase anything from this site! I was researching pedestal fans for my house and came across this site which offered the fan for less money than any other website. I should have guessed then that there was an issue. It was not until I entered my payment details that I realised there was a problem. The screen on my laptop flickered and payment went through - unfortunately. This seemed rather odd as this never happened on any other site. Fortunately, however, my bank got in touch with me as they recognised it as fraud and stopped the payment. Do NOT use this website as it is simply a front for scamming money. Notice the site carries no inventory and the item you want to buy simply pops up as if you selected it. It is very slick and gives the appearance of a legitimate site. It is not! It simply finds an image of the item you want to buy and puts it up on screen as if they have it in stock - they do not! You then go through the payment process, get a confirmation (fake) and bang - you are out the money. You will not get an email confirmation, and you cannot contact them - phones not answered and email address is nonexistent (you will get a "not delivered" message from mailer demon in your in-box if you email them. If this happens to you - please cancel your card (they now have your details)! Get a new card and be more aware next time!

I should have read the reviews here first, nothing good to say about them, it’s a scam, they don’t answer phone or their voicemail is full and emails bounce back,
Don’t order anything as you won’t get it, my bank are looking into it and hopefully I’ll get my money back via them.

Checked out this company on whois.domaintools website on 07/08/22 and it says it was only set up on 01/07/22 (i.e. 36 days ago) in California and it has already had 3 changes of IP address - I would not touch with a bargepole!

Paid for product and nothing received - non contactable

I hadthe same experience. Ordered the item. Received an email and nothing since. Tried contacting them by all means and no reply.

The address is given as the UK but when the PayPal payment went through it was in Chinese.

Luckily paypal refunded me.

Is a scam. Prices are very cheap. I placed an order and got an order confirmation email. When I hadn't received any dispatch or delivery information I chased them up by email (not delivered), the contact form on their website (no response) and the mail box for the phone number was full. Thankfully PayPal refunded me. Do NOT buy from this site.
