I have been on the phone just now to the ACCC regarding your companies conduct.

Before I lodge a formal complaint with the ACCC & The Small Business Commissioner for Western Australia, I wanted to provide your company with a final opportunity to resolve our outstanding issue.

1. When we in listed your company from your website, we selected off your website option “logo Infinity”. Your website states that this provides:
“Unlimited logo Concepts”
“Unlimited revisions”
“Stationary. Business card, letter Head, Envelope”
“10 Creative Designs”
“100% Ownership Rights”
“A1, PSD, EPS, GIF, BMP, JPEG, PDF, AND PNG Formats”

2. We agreed to pay for the $249.00 to receive the above (and of which we now have the logo below as you can see. Thank you)
3. Your Company tried to charge us another $400.00 when we asked for the logo in a different colour. We disputed this based on your website offer. You did not charge it.
4. Your Company spoke to Deanna and asked for permission to conduct the Copyright of the logo at a further charge of $400.00. We have not seen evidence of this Copyright search, nor seen a Tax Invoice
5. Your Company phoned us to advise that the Copyright had been complete. Your company failed to advise that they were charging a further $770.00 for Copyright or what the additional $770.00 was for (as per the email sent to you on the 8th July). Your Company has also failed to provide any Copyright for the logo as at today or a response.
6. Your Company contacted Deanna today. Deanna outlined that we have placed a dispute with the bank for the $770.00 that has not been authorized for the Copyright.
7. Your colleague today advised over the phone, that your company intends to take back the logo
8. On checking the charge date for the $770.00 today, we have further found that your company has charged my account:
29th May - $770.00 unauthorized
6th June - $660.00 what for? Unauthorized
16th June - $800.00 what for? Unauthorized
7th July - $770.00 what for unauthorized

Under the ACCC, you have carried out the following deceptive, misleading and illegal practice:

1. Charging a consumer without authority
2. Not providing the Consumer with a product or service for charges
3. Misleading & deceptive conduct on your website for a product and service with 100% satisfaction guarantee and money back. When you advise you want to take a product back that I have paid $249.00 for which was the only agreed charge
4. Charging amounts on-going unauthorized and for nothing. This is Criminal!!

Your company are thieves and need to be reported!!

I will give you until the end of business today to return $3000.00 which you have taken from me to date without authority, otherwise I will pursue you through ACCC, and legal Action!!!!!

Hi, by the time most people read these reviews its too late, they have already experienced the terrible business practices of Craftive Branding.
Our design studio Tangelo Creative has recently tried to assist a client of Craftive Branding in getting control of a website that Craftive was "building" for him. The client had paid A$2500.00 for a website. This website was in fact just a theme from Theme Forrest that the client could have purchased himself for US $60.00. The only thing they had done was put his logo in the header. We then tried to gain control of this website from Craftive Branding, to gain control of the website they wanted another $350.00. We advised our client to cut his losses and run but unfortunately he paid the additional money and was given only limited access to the site. On inspection of the backend CMS nothing had been done to the original theme. None of the plugins had been installed or paid for, no work had been done on the navigation or shopping/payment set up.
In my opinion Craftive Branding should be put out of business for deceptive practices. I don't think "Chris Jones" is a real person also I suspect all of the 5 star reviews are fake.
I have reported Craftive to the ACCC. Hopefully they can put them out of business here in Australia at least. There is at least a warning when you try to load their website. They don't even have SSL certification on their own site.

Please don’t use this Mob. It’s a total scam. The design takes forever they don’t make the requested changes. After it’s all done at an agreed price they ask for more money for a copyright on the design. Then before you no it the money comes out of your account as they keep your credit card details. No copy right and when you communicate in my case not happy they block your phone number and email address. PLEASE DON’T USE THEM. If you do I promise you will be sorry.

The team at craftive branding are very creative and outstanding, they design a responsive website for my business and make it SEO friendly as well, now the website start getting traffic and keywords ranking improving. I would love to say that they are a professional.

Absolutely terrible! Complete scammers. They had no intention of creating a website or my app, all they cared about was taking my money then waiting my time. I would warn anyone against using them. I dealt with a guy called Chris Jones and once a guy called Dennis. I suspect not their real names.
I paid $1500 for a website plus the first installment of an app design. After 3 weeks of only getting a jpeg modified a few times, I received a phone call to pay for website hosting. They needed this sorted immediately so they could do the website. They convinced me to get 5 years website hosting for $880, and were very quick to take the payment, commenting that they already had my credit card details.
Any way 2 weeks later still nothing apart from this 1 jpeg which still hadn't had the changes I'd commented done to it.
5 weeks since the first payment with nothing to show I requested a full refund for $2430. I was told they were going to send the test website the following week.
I said it was up to them but I'd prefer they just returned my full refund rather than waste anymore time.
A few days later I did get the test website which was terrible, and still had the mistakes I'd requested were done properly. Plus it was only for the first page, the other tabs hadn't been touched. I had requested numerous times that I wanted to see what they looked like.
I am still waiting for a refund as the person I need to speak to "James" was never available.

ALL I CAN SAY IS I WISH I LOOKED ELSEWHERE, their customer service and work is terrible to say the least, I have never dealt with a more UNPROFESSIONAL company in my life, I wish I had of read all the reviews on this poor company as it would have saved my a lot of MONEY AND TIME

I went with Craftive Branding without checking their reviews, however, I was surprised and was very happy that I went with them. I wanted a logo and went with the Basic package. I went with quite a few revisions and they kept refining it until I was happy.

I have given them 4 stars just because they came out with the first logo designs without giving much thought on placement of words

I highly recommend them.

Once they have your money they don’t care how long it takes to get back to you and the work they produce is average to say the least.

I had to get another company to finish my work and it was half the price of craftive (crap) Branding

Guys, if you’re looking to design logos are websites. This company is one not to be trusted There are a bunch of criminals. Ashley , Jay, Jeff, Alan, Wayne, Craig, and dale all criminals!
When you call you never get the same person twice and if you do they pretend to be somebody else
don’t get caught like I did.

I purchased logo design ...... they have just tried to blackmail me into paying an additonal $350 to get ownership of it . They thought I was stupid which was insulting. They claimed the additional fee was for IP Australia to register it and then when challenged still would not admit it was a crock of sh... and said they would release it when I had a signed certificate from IP Australia. If I had no knowledge about this stuff as others wouldn't they may have succeeded. What an unethical bunch of cons!!!!

Don't use this company ...phone calls straight away to sign me up from my initial inquiry, but terrible from then on. The Logo designs were awful, they were slow, had no vision or creativity and have ignored my requests for a refund even though i have had someone else complete the job to perfection while waiting for them to come back to me.

An expensive lesson learned for us.
