I hired Craftive branding for my logo and web design work, my account manager was Chris Jones, throughout the process the customer support provided by Chris was awesome, very much motivated and willing to perform as per the requirements and revisions as well.
I definitely recommend Chris Jones because he made my life easy, now the whole website working properly and soon i will start marketing campaign on it.

1 - The quality they deliver is outstanding, always more than the expectations

2 - The customer support team work actively and very cooperative towards their work

This company is so corrupt, they are the biggest scammers going around, please do not use them, there are 23 other people they have scammed that want to take legal action against them, they have been reported to the ACCC.

This company needs to be stopped by the Australian Government so no more Aussie’s get scammed out of their hard earned money

Chris Jones (fake name) at Craftive Branding tried to upsell other products to me and when he couldn't he said I need to pay for the logo registration before he releases which is BS there is no such thing. Craftive Branding is Crafty Branding. These low life are scammers stay away. Don't believe the fake positive reviews.

This company has to be the most appalling company to deal with, their customer service is terrible to say the least, their workmanship is amateurish at best and all the hidden costs are just disgusting.

They threaten you with legal action when you don’t pay the hidden costs.

Brilliant! Very professional, great communication and fantastic logos! I was expecting to have to go back and forth trying to find the right logo design for my company, however, with 5 designers on the case, they hit the nail on the head first time. I absolutely LOVE my logo and would highly recommend Craftive Branding to anyone looking to get one.

WOW JUST TERRIBLE

Craftive Branding was nothing short of shocking with how terrible their customer service has been, from poor quality work to demanding extra payments, they stat in their adds that there are no hidden costs HAHAHA that is the biggest joke of them all, these guys try to hit you up for added charges and then threaten legal action when you don’t pay, the workman ship of this company is equivalent to a kindergarten child it is terrible to say the least.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
