Poor Customer Support to an obvious problem.
I ordered from Craghoppers Ireland on the basis the order would be shipped within Ireland and arrive in 2 or 3 days as stated on their website. It wasn’t obvious on their website that the order would be shipped from the UK until I received the tracking information. The order then got stuck in Customs (something I was trying to avoid from previous experience). Contacted Craghoppers after 3 days. The order hadn’t moved at all. Was told it would arrive although it was obvious it wouldn’t. Only after a week of emails back and forth, stating my consumer rights and raising it with PayPal did someone in Craghoppers see sense and request the refund. In fairness they were good at replying to emails but the response was of no help.

Very pleased with Craghoppers trousers as usual
My husband has worn Craghoppers trousers for many years now - finding them comfortable, practical and long lasting.
These latest ones are really excellent quality and soft to wear with all the usual features of ample pockets, etc;

Erroneous size labelling…
I love Craghoppers trousers but I’ve ordered from them twice and had the same problem with sizing.
I order a 16R. The order confirmation says 16R. The label on the waistband says 16R. But the removal label says 16L and both times I have had to take up the trousers by over 3ins/7cm. Something isn’t right. Fortunately I sew so can shorten the trousers but if would be so much better if the labels were a true indication of size.
