Made an appointment to have my hair done before an exciting 5-week holiday to New Zealand. Arriving at the salon I was greeted with a 'sorry but the hairdresser who was doing your hair is ill and we have to cancel'. Having assured me most emphatically they could fit me in on the following Thursday (approx 12 hours before the flight) although a little worried I accepted. Sadly, just the day before they cancelled again, and as I was having a colour (which needs a skin test), I had no time to book anywhere else. I was so upset and both the manager and receptionist were disinterested and dismissive. Badly done Cream, badly done. Absolutely would not recommend them or their customer service to anyone. Shameful.

Awful experience from beginning to end. My stylist was rude and judgmental, I told her what I was after and she did something completely different, barely said 2 words to me during the whole cut and when I tried to engage in conversation practically blanked me. I ended up with a cut that frankly I could have done myself and an almost £50 bill to boot. When I complained I was offered another appointment but after my experience, which left me feeling judged and incredibly upset, I was not willing to risk going back at my own time and expense (I live about 45 minutes outside of Gloucester and travelled there especially as a treat after a particularly difficult year)

I requested a partial refund which they point blank refused and exchanged a few emails with the director who refused to acknowledge that I was telling the truth and was increasingly rude. After this I requested a full refund, they stopped responding to me altogether. Really appalling service.

A Real Treat!
I have been going to Cream Hairdressers for many years now and it is always a treat. The staff are so very friendly and welcoming. The head massage is lovely and so relaxing!
I enjoy the coffee and reading the latest magazines too! It's so nice to have some 'me' time. Most importantly they do my hair just how I like it!

Cream is a great name for this wonderful find of a fantastic salon just outside Bexhill. A friendly welcome, great stylists and only the highest quality products make each visit a real pleasure. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll want to keep it to yourself .... I’m seriously hooked.

I would reccomend this salon, the staff are amazing they always make you feel so welcome , I always come out loving my hair it's so worth the price I wouldn't go anywhere else now I have gone here

I have been using Cream for several years and would never dream of changing. All the staff and truly professional, excellent stylists and friendly.
