I had a bit of a techie issue and contacted account manager Steve this morning. He responded within minutes and resolved my problem really quickly.

Adam has been so helpful since I joined create. He's a superhero in my eyes and rescues me every time I get stuck. Hes friendly and polite and create is a fantastic site to use!

Adam went that extra mile and helped us with something that was a big challenge for us as it was out of our comfort zone. He needn't have done it but it now means we'll tell everyone about our positive experience. The really impressive thing was he helped us at every stage of the process, he replied quickly to all emails and he checked to see if everything was ok. It's not often you experience customer service like this.

I can’t thank Adam enough, if it hadn’t have been for him on the other end of a email I’d have given up a long time ago due to not been really techy! Cannot fault the team at Create - their level of customer service and care is outstanding every single time. Quick to respond to enquiries and quick and eager to help resolve issues - that's why I've stayed loyal to Create for some 7 years now, having 'created' various websites with them during that time. The templates are user friendly and all credit to the developers for their most recent content builder release - it's just what I needed! Superb!!

Particular thanks and appreciation go to my lovely account manager, Adam - he's always so obliging, polite and keen to help; just what you need at the end of an email! No amount of questions I ever have is too many, and when Adam's not around, Ian and Steve are quick to assist.

Adam has recently taken over my account again, I am really happy with him because he was my original supporter from what I can remember from his name unless its another Adam so well done Adam you are the main man :)

Adam has been such a huge help to me getting my website ready and up and running. In particular he really went out of his way to help with DNS issues I was having with a different hosting company. He was always very friendly and very patient and explained everything perfectly

Ian, my account manager, is incredibly helpful. Whenever I have a question or problem, my email is answered very quickly and he always sorts it out. Today, he went out of his way to make sure that the issue I had was resolved immediately. I am super impressed with the customer support I have received.

The new templates are fantastic and really easy to set up. The support is always fast and excellent too. Highly recommended.

I have been using the Create platform for a while now and was delighted with the new template and building blocks that they added to their services recently. I decided to update my current website to the new features and had one or 2 issues that I needed some guidance and assistance with and this is where Steve came in and helped. Not only did he point me in the right direction for every single question that asked, he provided me with an answer the required solution for what I needed. I also highlighted 1 or 2 things that were outside the templates ability and he was able to fix these for me with no fuss. The customer service at Create is excellent, Adam is the most amazing account manager! It’s like having an assistant, he’s really knowledgeable and very speedy with his responses. I am not very tech savvy but he always explains things in a really simple way with no jargon and actually does things for me on my site where he can! Couldn’t recommend him or Create highly enough!

I literally mean that. If I didn't have Adam as my account manager, I wouldn't have a website. He's not only brilliant with his advice and fixing my problems he's also quick. For me running a business by myself, everything is time critical, so to know I have Adam to fall back on if I have problems is really reassuring.
I'm not particularly tech savvy, but Adam always explains things in layman's terms and is happy to step in if I can't do something.
The best customer service I have ever received from a web hosting service.

I had no knowledge of how to build a website, but Create makes it quite straightforward with a good resources page. When I did need an answer, my account manager replied promptly by email, and was very helpful. There is a lot to learn, but with the templates, you can add your content as you go along. I now have updated the original website up to an online shop and I am very happy with the result so far. I am still learning!

I cannot praise Create.net enough! Adam who looks after my account is so helpful! Having used other website hosts in the past, big names you see advertised I’m so pleased I found Create. I’m a busy person running 2 business that have a both online presence and a physical presence out and about. Adam has helped me get my website up and running with SSL Encryption and helped with SEO. When it comes to computers and running a website I’m not that knowledgeable having left school the year the introduced them. With the help of Adam and Create I have a fully functional secure website and online shop. If you’re thinking of setting up a website or online shop try Create as you will get all the support you need and nothing is too silly to ask. I missed a letter out of my domain name when I started and wondered why it wasn’t showing when I searched for it, yes I felt stupid when Create found the problem but they didn’t make me feel stupid, they just helped me sort it out and corrected my mistake. All this at a fair price is perfect.

I’m a novice in the world of websites but I’ve found the Create platform to be extremely user friendly. The templates are great and the ability to personalise each one with your own colour scheme has enabled me to create my perfect website. The support from my account manager Adam has been beyond my expectations. He’s answered any questions quickly and in many cases made the changes for me. Great platform, great service and cheaper than many of their competitors.

Received a fantastic service from Steve in customer accounts department. I had trouble with some of my uploaded videos on my website no longer working properly. I sent an email asking for help and within les than 24 hours not only had I received a reply from Steve but the reply was saying that he had fixed the issue! Excellent. I mean.... REALLY excellent. The customisation options are more than adequate for a business that wants to focus on selling. Plenty of options to engage your customers as people rather than just potential sales. AMAZING customer service. I often feel like I'm the only customer. That is how good they are.
