We bought some self-adhesive tiles to cover our unattractive ceramic floor tiles after decorating the hall. We were lucky that the ones we chose were half price so it was very economical. They are relatively easy to cut to size and apply. Given that our tiles were slightly textured I wish we had used additional adhesive - where we did this after a couple lifted (I spilt a glass water on them and the water seeped under 🙄), they stuck really well. Good range from Create Your World and rapid delivery. Really liked that we could try good sized samples first. Would happily use again, maybe with extra adhesive!

I've used this company a few times now, for floor tiles, and sticky back plastic, and the service is just brilliant, one of the items I ordered wasn't in stock and rather than just cancelling my order, customer services contacted me and offered the option to wait for new stock, or a different product which was appreciated.
The floor tiles were very easy to install, and there are many how to videos on their website and YouTube if you need them.

I love createyourworld! They helped change my life when i started out vinyl wrapping furniture in 2019. Their Dc fix range is amazing aswell as their customer service and quick deliveries 😀

So impressed with the service from sample to order to final delivery, and the vinyl wrap itself has transformed my kitchen. The product was gifted to me as part of a collaboration for instagram, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to order again.

Very poor order kitchen wrap was told it was dispatched on 17th ,no sign of it checked with royal mail they said they hadn't even received it 5 days later

Ordered a few samples more than 7 days ago ago and no sign. Unable to track until Royal mail make an attempt to deliver so bit disappointed.

Order was dispatched on 11th Apri. No sign. These were ordered on 17th April and still no show. It's a shame as we wanted to place a big order based on the feedback
As we ordered a few samples it may be a Royal mail issue with postage?? Who knows? Even so First Class isn't what it use to be. Our project is already delayed and will need go elsewhere to avoid impact on our work.

I've been home all day so doing get why these cannot be posted but spotted on the invoices ...no safe place so does that mean Royal mail cannot be bothered. If there was a way of tracking I would have asked the company. Still, it's a pity

Update on orders alleged to have been dispatched on 11th and 18th April. Still no show. I cannot believe Royal mail would take this long. Post arrives regularly enough. I've corresponded with Victoria who advice me to wait a free more days. Unfortunately, still nothing.

26 April Still no show on the delivery. I'm dissatisfied because on the dispatch note it states ...no safe place. I actually bothered to follow up with Royal mail who kindly advised when this is on the label it could actually could risk postage. I wonder why this is nominated by the sender to risk my order arriving? I queried and hoped it could be amended. I requested a refund but on principal if the company elects to add no safe place on a order its unreasonableness. Larger orders would be at risk staining the reputation on the company

Amazing customer service!
We ordered 7 boxes of floor tiles and they arrived less than 24 hours later. Very impressed with the quality and price of the tiles too! Would definitely recommend.

Wow I ordered a few samples one day and they came the next, good prices and decent quality, will defo be ordering from this company again.

I bought sticky back plastic vinyl wrap from this business in May of this year. I have no issue with the product and am a repeat buyer, having bought a similar product before.

The issue that I have is that the business are UK based and charged me UK VAT (£5.83) on an export to Ireland. I was then charged more VAT at the point of entry to Ireland of €10 as well.

When I contacted the company I was told I could return the goods for refund. Not great service, I only want to pay VAT once!! Why can't the business register for the VAT One Stop Shop in the EU?
Wouldn't be inclined to buy from this company again .

It is VAT that I have been charged twice not customs or import duty. There has been no refund partial or full. Apologies, I should have said IOSS the import one stop shop. Customs / Import duty does not apply as the value of the goods is below 150. It was double VAT, you charged VAT on an export from the UK to Ireland, which is not correct. You can clarify this with HMRC.

Bought some vinyl floor tiles for a kitchen update - fabulous design, speedy delivery and the price was ok. That's the three star part!
However, despite following the instructions to the letter, the tiles simply did not stick. Had to peel them all up, bin them and spend 3 days cleaning the floor. A massive disappointment.

Really impressed with the vinyl wrap! I've transformed my kitchen counters and cupboards on a budget and the colours and patterns look fantastic. Surprisingly easy to put on and can be removed if a mistake is made ad reapplied so not much wastage at all. Will order again for my next project!

Great product Did the bedroom furniture 3 years ago and still looks good no peeling.
Now frosting the windows.

Ordered the slate bricks asmant grey 3D splash back tile wallpaper. Arrived quickly. Good quality and updated my outdated kitchen. Very happy customer. I shall be ordering again to do my bathroom.

I have changed my kitchen three times and used create your world products. The latest is the glossy purple on the doors and terrazzo worktops and it’s stunning. I also had enough to do the fridge and freezer and breakfast bar. I’ve used woods, metal and marble and up cycled old furniture and tables and I love being able to change colour schemes cheaply. The products don’t damage the surfaces and it’s so easy to apply with loads of support and videos. I’ve even got family members using it too now
