Great coffee table
Coffee table arrived within a few days of ordering and was well packaged. Really pleased with our purchase and the quality is excellent, it was also on offer at time of purchase, so win, win!. Great service offered by Creation and the quality of their products, especially if you are looking something different from the 'norm'. Would recommend.

Good communication around delivery
Good communication around delivery, however item was slightly sub-par (one of the doors doesn't magnetise closed properly and can't be pushed open as a result - need to flip it open from behind by going through drawer next to it). Can't be bothered sending it back as it's massive and would be a palaver. But the wood is good quality and it seems sturdy and looks nice.

Great size table lovely quality
Fab table for my dining room seats 10 people lovely size and soo heavy solid quality. I am very pleased. Just need to look for some amazing chairs to make my dining room shine. Will definately buy from this company again.

Didn't publish my product review
I submitted an honest 3-star review for the product I'd bought (Solu TV unit), and they haven't published it - which frankly is dishonest as well as unhelpful (to future prospective purchasers). So I'm knocking a further star off for this review, since they're now pestering me to write it.
The Solu TV unit looks nice but isn't very practical - the drawers aren't the advertised sizes, and it's incredibly heavy (which makes it difficult to attach the legs, which were supplied separately, and manoeuvre it into position).
The delivery people dropped it on the drive but thankfully the packaging seemed to be robust enough that the unit itself didn't suffer any damage. In fact the packaging is so robust I'm going to have to get a saw out to make it fit in the recycling bin!
EDIT: After I wrote this review, they published my original on their website, and offered me £50 as a gesture of goodwill regarding the inaccurate drawer sizes. I have therefore reinstated the third star on this review.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the issue with the drawer size, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have escalated the matter with the manufacturer and will make sure it is properly addressed.
Regarding the weight of the unit, we understand that this can make it more difficult to manoeuvre, particularly during unpacking and assembly. At the same time, the substantial weight is generally considered a positive characteristic of the unit, as it reflects the robust construction and solid materials used. Similarly, the robust packaging is necessary to help ensure the unit reaches our customers safely and without damage during transport. For added convenience, we do offer an unpacking, assembly and cardboard removal service, which can be selected at checkout.
Finally, we’d just like to clarify one point regarding your original product review. It was always going to be published after the standard 7-day quarantine period. We use an independent third-party review system specifically to ensure that reviews cannot be manipulated and that both positive and negative customer experiences are published. We believe this provides a fair and transparent representation of customer feedback.
