Redeemed a $10 reward which was my 1st redemption. The company has horrible reviews but I have been doing surveys for many years and I know sometimes there are grievances and rewards are rejected for many different reasons and participant's are quick to leave negative feedback because they didn't agree with the reason the reward was rejected.
I tested it out for myself and my January 13,2026 redemption is still pending. The first ticket I submitted I was told since it was my 1st redemption it will be under review for 60 days. They closed the ticket. After the 60 day were up, I reopened the ticket and they closed it without responding. I reopened the ticket today and told them this is ridiculous and I would be leaving a review and or feedback anywhere and everywhere I could concerning this matter.
If I receive my reward I will update this review and advise the matter has been resolved. 🤞🤞
Otherwise, avoid this fraudulent company at all cost!!

We have reviewed your account, and show that you only earned roughly 200 points, and completed a single survey offer at 2,700 points for a survey regarding home items.
The survey vendor, not CreationsRewards, reversed your survey credit citing "Bad Open-ended Questions - Rejected by Vendor". These reversals are made by the survey vendors we work with, and this reason states that open-ended responses to questions asked were bad.
Bad open-ended questions can range from providing gibberish answers, short answers, etc. It's best to provide a thoughtful and detailed response when answering surveys, particularly when this was a 2,700-point survey.
Aside from completing this survey, you did not conduct any other earning activity on your account. When the vendor reversed your points, this caused the redemption to be reversed.
We are not a "fraudulent company" as we have been in business since September of the year 2000 -- approaching 26 years.
