I had my son subscribe to the website features by mistake and when I requested the refund it didn't take 10 minutes before I received an email from the customer service on how to cancel it and get the refund.
Misleading trial
Misleading trial. They hid the charge for one year behind a button stating continue. Now they won't refund me after thinking this was the trial.

I am writing this to warn other…
I was hit with a $47.00 annual charge the second my "trial" coins ran out on their AI tool—no confirmation page, no "Review Order" screen. I cancelled within 30 minutes. When I requested a refund, they refused. Now that I have opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back, Creative Fabrica has put my account on "Hold."
They are currently keeping my $47.00 while blocking my access to the site entirely. This is a predatory business model that punishes customers for catching their deceptive "dark pattern" billing. I have reported this to the FTC (Report #200866603) and the Texas Attorney General. Creators, stay away!

Steer clear! I entered my card details for a free trial, and as I was trying to get myself acquainted to the platform a pop of "Get free coins" kept appearing, so after closing these a handful of times I decided to click and get these free coins, for my surprise and disgust a subscription was added and £71.86 charged to my card. I contacted support and of course they are not helpful at all.

Well the service itself is good enough, I was exploring all the options during the free trial period when suddenly my credit card got charged for a year membership. I didn't make that order but somehow it was triggered as I was generating some media.
I was really surprised, but I simply used the support chat on page, I reported what happened and I opened a ticket. My card was fully refunded back in less than 20 minutes even though they said it may take up to 5 working days.
So I think this site could be highly trustable, but you need to be aware of automatic orders like this.
Claim free credits" trap, no cancellation button, GDPR stalling. Avoid.
Got pulled into this today. Was on what I thought was a free trial, clicked a popup offering "free credits," and was instantly charged $72 for a year. No confirmation screen, no price shown, no chance to back out. Looking at the other reviews here, the same thing has happened to a lot of people with the same wording, which tells you it isn't an accident.
For anyone in Germany or the EU dealing with this, a few things worth knowing.
There is no cancellation button anywhere in the account. The German Kündigungsbutton law (§ 312k BGB) has required one since July 2022, and it has to be as easy to find as the sign-up. Because Creative Fabrica doesn't provide one, you're entitled under § 312k Abs. 6 BGB to terminate at any time without notice. The sign-up itself is also dubious under § 312j Abs. 3 BGB, which requires the recurring payment to be clearly disclosed right before the order is placed. A popup labelled "claim free credits" pretty obviously isn't that.
When I emailed asking for cancellation, refund and account deletion under Art. 17 GDPR, the response was a template. Their "automatic system" had decided I wasn't eligible for a refund based on "usage," and they told me GDPR erasure would only be processed once the refund matter was finalised. That second part is itself a GDPR breach. Art. 17 isn't conditional on a billing dispute being resolved, and Art. 12(3) requires action within a month.
The thing that actually moves the needle is your bank, not their support inbox. SEPA direct debits can be reversed within 8 weeks straight from your banking app, no justification needed. Credit cards are similar via chargeback. Their "escalation" process feels designed to run out the clock, so don't wait on it.
If you're in Germany, Verbraucherzentrale Bayern deals with exactly this kind of subscription trap, and you can file a separate GDPR complaint with the BayLDA for the erasure stalling. Both are free.

WARNING! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE! This company is clearly a scam. Offers a free trial and then charges €73.65 immediately after signing up. I was only using for a bit of fun for a family photograph. Unfortunately didn’t read the reviews before hand. I have requested a refund through the company and PayPal, within 30min of them stealing my money. I will continue to leave poor feedback until I am refunded.
Further edit. The site clearly tricks you into clicking a pop up so you skip the trial and straight to full subscription. Don’t be fooled. I’m not the only one to have found the same issue.
